I like my friend too but but the problem is I don't want people to annoy me about him liking me

You really can't do much about it. Just go with the flow. Or come up with a great come back, like "at least my friends actually like me for who I am, unlike your friends and you" or something else better. (i suck at come backs) Anyway, just find something postive about it to rub in other peoples faces. And just try to accept the fact that your friend likes you.
