would single mothers get more child support if society used more carrots and perks rather than the kick em while there down approach for non custodial fathers ?

Took in to account that non custodial fathers can lose there jobs , get sick get disabled .

Take into account Some times noncustodial fathers need to get a pay cut to get to a job that will ultimatley pay them more than what they earn at there present job ?

Take into account being a noncustodial father can feel pretty bleak .

A non-custodial father shouldn't feel bleak if a non-custodial father is paying support for children he fathered and understands that the money is for their welfare & well-being.

Other than feeling assured and peace of mind that by assisting the custodial parent with monthly child support to help feed, nourish and care for your children, what more carrots does a non-custodial parent need.

Custodial parents sacrifice a WHOLE lot more than a non-custodial parent. They must find a job that pays enough to actually go to work AND pay for day-care. This alone is difficult. They sometimes have to work several jobs in order to make ends meet. They must find jobs that allow for them to miss time when their children are sick, have doctors appm'ts, etc.

What makes you think that the same situations don't happen to custodial parents? They have the same problems at work, and only more work at home.

If more non-custodial parents didn't make it so difficult for the custodial parent and just agreed to a monthly child support voluntarily, then the courts could stay out more often. Unfortunately, non-custodial parents find it more important that they make a monthly payment on their visa card rather than ensure that their children have enough food, clothing, school supplies......because we all know that it's more important to keep our credit rating high vs. the children can go hungry tonight. Wake up!

I UNDERSTAND!!!--we are in the same situation-the courts ordered support payments based on the two incomes from both parents-but there are game players out there like the x-wife.
she up and quits her job so the burden of support was placed on the father of the child. we pay every month and sometimes can't pay other bills or they are paid late. when the judge orders support it should be based on both incomes not just one. we don't have the money to get a lawyer and take her back to court.
the one we pay support on is now 16yrs old and we pray she
doesn't go to college because then well have to pay until she is
22 yrs. child support has gotten out of control-it used to be until the age of 18 now its when they get out of school and school isn't just college anymore it also includes tech schools. i want her to
succeed not be a burden on society and live off the system like her mother has done in the past. but lets be real child support isn't always fair when the judge makes his ruling on the amount
to be paid -because-the fathers living expenses (car payments, grocery, utilities, credit cards, rent or mortgage payments, car
insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, etc) these payments aren't even considered when the judge makes his ruling because if there were we wouldn't be paying as much as
we pay today. the judge should have delayed the final decision
and forced the x-wife to come back to court with a full time job and take responsibility for her portion of money to support that child. paying cs makes you not want anymore kids.

Society, Mothers and the Law Makers have no sympathy for men at all.....for all they are concerned men are scum trash and deserve every bit of what they get.

This is about female empowerment, and one way of empowering women is to get them 2 pay checks, one from work and the other from child support.

Men are but to live a life in debt, because he was led by his prick....

Child support = Revenge for all the centuries of female oppression and every other thing men have done and do wrong
