I really like him, enjoy spending time with him.He is one of the most optimistic, happy, generous and interesting person i have ever met.I love having conversations with him over business and finance and generally many other aspects.Recently he asked me not to talk in plural any more.We have been out together twice and it was simply great. I haven't express my feelings and probably i will never do as he is married. When i see him, i just know that this is how i want my future husband to be... (i am 24). I do not want to cause him any problems.Should i keep seeing him (without anything happening between us) or sould i stop? If i should stop i will miss him a lot.......

Ex dumped me a month ago. She is currently in therapy cause her dad died 4 months ago, she has low self esteem, and has been unhappy for a very long time. She said that she really hoped we could be friends and talk and email cause thats all she could handle right now. SHe said she was sorry for the break up but she needed time to figure her own life and what makes her happy. She asked me not to hate her and said that the timing of us sucked because of her. She said sorry that I had to attempt to deal with a crazy person like her and I did nothing wrong. I said i understood, which I really do, but that i needed time to get over her to be a real friend, with no hidden intentions. I recently sent her and email apologizing for any uncomfort I may have caused in her life and said that I hope we could talk every now and then and keep in touch, I felt bad cause I know she is going through tough times. Do you think she was sincere, I have not heard from her in 3 weeks since the dump...

I went on a date I thought was really good. We flirted a lot and had great conversation from the minute we saw eachother. We went to a cafe and then saw a movie at his place. He Is Shy!! When I left I gave him a hug (2 mississippi secs) , and then he hugged me really tight (3mississippi secs) and we said goodnight. I had already let go and he was still hugging me kind of deal. He told me to call if i got lost, of course I didn't. Anyways my friend asked how our date was. He said good and didn't expand anymore. The day after our date I msg'ed him on msn saying i had a good time-advice from my friend.... he was going out so we didn't talk long... he didn't even say bi. He hasn't talked to me since that convo on sat and now it is wed. Also whenever we chatted on msn bf the date i initiated the convo's because he is shhy and would tell my friend she never says hi. I did my part by telling him i had a good time. Should I wait to c if he tries to talk to me?

My wife comes from a pretty dysfunctional family history. Basically every woman in her family(mom, grandmother, aunt, sister) has linked up with a dog. Her grandfather and father both have had mutiple children and affairs outside their marriage and hit their wives. She has talked to me about this and said she feels like she was able to break the cycle by acknowleging the pattern and seeking to change it. She also has said that she knows "a man like me" will eventually leave her for someone else, and admitted that at times she tried to sabotage the relationship to avoid getting hurt when I inevitably leave her. Over the last few years I have continuely seen her trying to sabotge our relationship. Whenever we have the slightest disagreement she threatens to leave. These threats have become daily events and it has put me in a constant state of apology and unhappiness. She Will not go to cousiling. My soul can not take my wife telling me everyday she is going to leave me. What do I do?

I was out for dinner with my best male friend last week, and at one stage during the meal I was preoccupied with getting my noodles up onto my fork, and totally wasn't paying attention to what he was saying. Miffed, he accused me of checking out a guy that was sitting near us, and went off on a mini-rant about how I should shut my mouth and stop drooling. The truth is I didn't even see this other guy; I was busy with my uncooperative dinner. And also, I am sort of in love with my friend, the guy I went to dinner with. I fight it all the time, because we're friends for so long and I don't know how he feels about me, or whether it could work, or whatever. Anyway, what do you guys think was behind his mini-rant about me looking at another guy? Do you think he was jealous, or just annoyed that I was distracted, or what? Thanks for your help...

In this modern day and age, boundaries are blurred. Demarcating and distinguishing different relationships with different people become more and more difficult.

Certainly, you might say that some forms of body language are exclusive only to couples or to those who have something going on between them, [whatever that is]. Does kissing/holding hands/etc a clear indicator that there is something aside from friendship? Why so? Where do you demarcate 'friends only' from 'more than friends'? (or worse, not friends at all.)

One of my best mate's has slept twice with this girl that he met in the club a couple months ago.
He has never liked her, but she has always like him. Before he slept with her he told her that he didn't want a relationship & was only after sex. She still met up with him & twice slept with him at her house.

A couple weeks ago he told her that he only wanted to be friends because she kept pestering him with texts & phone calls. Since then she has told her friends that he is her boyfriend (lie). She has also said that she slept with a bloke last weekend & has been seeing her ex for the whole time. Since then she has said she made this up.
Now she is telling him that she is pregnant & he is the only lad that she has slept with recently.
He's 95% sure she is making it up. He has asked her to have pregnancy test & show him the results.

How does he deal with this because he is worried that next, she will crp rape?
