The golden rules are :
1) Dress well but simple as you are a simple person as you mentioned
2) Smell good - wear your most favourite perfume
3) Talks - Have small talks and ask questions try and find out what the other person likes by asking small questions like so what are you hobbies or like which places have u been to or may be something like whats your work about. Here you are showing interest in him and than once they tell you their hobbies or the places they have been to than you can ask more questions on them.

All this is there but the most important thing is just be youself and if he is the right one attraction will automatically start talking place.
