If he is annoying, the best thing to do would be to try talking to him about what is going on...depending on what happens here and whose apartment it is as to where you go from there. Sometimes, we have to deal with things/people that annoy us, but the best thing to do is show them love. If your live in a college dorm by chance you can talk to your RA and try conflict resolution, but alot what to do depends on the situation and you didn't really give sufficient information to get helpful advice.

stupid is as stupid does----You knew the roommate was stupid and you moved the roommate in to be the roommate so with this knowledge in your brain----why did you stupidly move the stupid roommate into your residence?
NOW---take a another viewpoint at who is stupid? is it possibly YOU?

At least be a man about it and tell him face to face that you feel he would be better off if he found another place to live. That you need your space and you just want to be alone for a while, maybe you have some things to sort out. Just be nice about it.

make him leave....by being REALLY rude and play music all night, never wash up, leave everything messy and he might get soooo pissed off that he'll leave. OR just sit down and talk to him honestly about what anoys you and maybe, just maybe he'll listen and try and change....but remember that there's a posibility he thinks your annoying too and wants you out.
