yes, of cause...as for speech and hearing, these actually take up very little percentage of the way we communicate, so Body language is far more important, that goes for people without disabilities too, but we tend not to notice the senses we are using.... not sure on the blind side of life, but I'm sure touch will also come into it alot too... sorry its a little vague, not got LOADS of time to fully explain... but YES of cause they can...

Can a deaf person use sign language? There are always some way of living life to the full no matter how disabled you are. Personally, I think this is just an insulting question. Put your mind to it.

Well I went out with someone who was dumb, some people might have said I was blind but by the end of it I felt close to deaf(sic).

Good question! I guess instinct would be the most obvious factor? Just coz they cant talk see or hear doesnt mean that they cant feel emotion - I guess in one sense they have an advantage in the sense that they wont be shallow and go only on how a person looks?! xx

It's the heart that loves not the eyes or the tongue. I have a neighbor... both of them are blind. Now they are happily married with 3 normal children! They are celebrating their 25 year anniversary next year!!! Both of them are blind and they still can see through how they love one another. Is it sweet?

definitely. everyone can have a romantic relationship. their love is what we can really call true love because they accept their other half truly and don't care about their imperfections. besides love is felt by the heart. you need not to speak, see, or hear to love a person.
