My husband came home one day and told me after 2 years of marriage he didn't love me anymore and never loved me when he married me. We were together 5 years and I was the happiest I had ever been in my life. He also walked out on my son, without even a goodbye or an explanation. I still do not know to this day why he left, and am still struggling with my emotions with mostly consist of sadness and rage.......my question is this......how does one forgive something so totally unforgiveable to be able to move on with one's own life, and hopefully to some sort of happiness?

my family has always been poor and to watch other children go around in their houses and play with all their fancy toys has been hard, but just recently i've seen how upset my parents are about being poor. What can i do to help im only 14?

and a misunderstanding. I was really starting to like him and then he didn't show up when he was supposed to, he called which was nice but I was disappointed he was so wishy washy. Well, he's trying to set things straight now and being really sweet but I have mixed feelings about him now. I went out with someone last night that I really like but I don't know what to do, he's coming to see me tonight and I just don't know if we can be the same like we were before. It's like spoiled milk now, it just doesn't taste the same. Should I feel this way towards him? I don't know how to get over it and is it normal to feel this way? Do you think we stand a chance of continuing when I'm so cautious. I pretty much told him I wasn't going to tolerate him treating me like I was unimportant and if it happened again, I wouldn't stick around. Thanks for your help!

I know a man who is unhappy to the extreme in his marriage, his pretty wife is a total disrespectful shrew to him and his kids don't appreciate him, but he slogs on, obviously unhappy, and the only person who doesn't know it is wifey (kids do). But if you ask her, she says (and thinks) all is fine. Guys in this situation, how did you get this way, and why do you put up with it when life is so precious and there may be such limited free time left for you? Please let me know.

What if you knew that they were having problems but you wanted to tell your sister about all the times when I was younger when he was making passes at me while they were married; when nothing happened and I knew I didn't do anything wrong but felt like I had because I kept the secret about this to keep her from getting upset. Now he has been mistreating my sister by leaving her for several months at a time. I feel he has always cheated on her and I want to tell her so bad about the way he treated me when I was very young. She keeps letting him come back. He even tells her he is not in love with her after 30 something years of marriage. He keeps saying that he needs time alone. She doesn't believe that he could ever cheat on her and this makes me so angry. He swears to her it is not another woman and he has never cheated. It is possible he never has cheated but my sister is a wreck. Should I keep my mouth shut as I have all these years.

I have been best friends with this one girl ever since the 9th grade. we both secretly liked each other since 9th grade. well two years ago, she had gotten a boyfriend and she been together with him for almost two years, and recently. ok i've liked this boy for a wile i've asked him to the movies and stuff and he usually says yes only unless he has baseball or someting then i come and watch him and he askes me a lot of places to but if i have a volleyball game or something he come's and watches and cheerers me on, but at school he'll be really rude to me and make fun of me for the stupidest things but then other classes we have together he'll be so sweet to me and flirt with me and be really sweet. then he goes back to his rude old self. my wife cheated on me. i want a divorce but i dont want to lose my kids. i dont think i will ever trust her again and i think about it every day. its been over a year and i still hold a grudge. my 1st wife did the same thing. we divorced and i missed so much of my oldest childs life because it was a nasty divorce. she used my child against me.

okay my question is a little like joni's exept i can get my 15 month old son to help clean up but not my 25 year old husband does the same thing with the laundry if i leave it in the basket it ends up in the floor i clean and when i get home from work the next morning their are soda can, food packaging, dishes, and dirty socks everywhere how can i stop this?

On many occasions I've seen people who are married but don't wear their rings. Now I know of course that could be because they want to cheat or whatever but these people are ones I know well and have great marriages.. but i never dared to ask why they don't wear it.. anyone here not wear the rings for any reasons? What do you do with the rings if you dont wear it? just put it in a box and thats it?
