It doesnt really matter if you go to the same school or not:
The best conversations consist of three elements:
Self Questions- what they like, whats on their mind, what do they want to do
Silly questions: Telling something funny that happen to you and asking her if anything silly happen to her as well.
What do they like to do for fun, and can you guys get together.
If your personalities are similar the conversation will be awesome, if you guys are really different the only way it'll work is if both of you likes each other that much: dont work too hard for something thats out of your reach, or a waste of time.
If she really like you: then you dont have to Try hard, lol, just be yourself. It sounds cheesy but its hard being someone your not, and pretty soon people can see though a fascade.

If you really like her then you have probably developed this liking based on some commonality between you. That's a start. Talk about those items. Talk about the similarities and differences between schools. Talk about what you want to do in the future. Talk about how you would like to be with her.

Wen you dont even go to the same school nor have the courage to propose her, then possibly you have smuggled her phone number as well. So the best start wud be to explain her why and how desperately you are to talk to her

I dont know but whatever it is, you gotta sound confident and a little passive which means to let her do all the talking. Just be natural. (whatever that means)

Talk about interests, things that are happening. Ask about her um dunno her school and stuff bout her. Get her number and call her. Btw dun call too much or u'll sound like a stalker or a desperate

Ask her about her. Ask her how she likes her school. What do you want to know about her? Ask Her. Tell her to tell you all about her. Make her know that you are interested in her.
