my friend from school is a really good friend, but sometimes she really makes me mad. She is mean, calling me... bad words and sometimes hits me, not abusive, but it still hurts!! She lost her mom and her dad just started dating again. she says she doesn't care, but i know she does. can anyone help me find a way to make her less physical and express that im here for her to talk with, not as a punching bag?!?! thanks

I am a stay at home mom to a 3 and 5 year old. My husband travels frequently for business and my marriage is pretty much dead. When my husband comes home I'm sad to see him. I've never even considered cheating until the last month and I still don't agree with it. However, I've met a man who I really care about which has made all of these feelings about my husband surface again. I guess my question is do I stay in a marriage for financial security & for the kids, or do I leave him and be true to myself? I no longer love him and don't think I ever did. I feel bad and don't want to hurt him, I am terribly confused!

i love making new friends and in person its gr8 but on line...i don't know. i just don't trust people as much. i get worried about who i'm getting myself involved with and whether or not they're really who they say they are. i see answers and questions that seem like they come from the sweetest people and i'd give anything to meet them, but i don't know who they really are!! how can i trust them?? i'm afraid that i might ending up becoming friends with the wrong type of people. but if i trust no one, then i may pass up the chance of making some amazing friends!! Am I wrong for not wanting to invite my Mother to my wedding because she is a stinking drunk. The last time we at a party was a Family reunion and she got so drunk sge started to take her clothes off and would have been completly naked if we didn't stop her. At a Block party a few years ago she got drunk on Malt Liquor and we found her in the Garage peforming Oral sex on our Neighbor. She has been like this since I was a kid and my father Died in Vietnam. It's a big day and I don't want her to ruin it by taking her clothes off or trying to blow the minister. What should I do?

ok i have been dating this guy for 8 months now we have been through sooo much we were dating for 4 months and in june we broke up for a month he dated this other girl and i made a drunken mistake at a grad party adn did things with another guy and then me and the guy i love got back together after a month and he was the sweetest guy ever things have been perfect except none of my friends like him and he found out i did that stuff with the other guy and he got really mad b/c he said that the other guy was supposed to be his friend but we got over it and things have been great and i feel that he is the one for me i no we are young but im so unhappy without him and i really donno what id do if i lost him but tonight he told me that the girl he dated 4 months ago is pregnant and they think its his what would u do if the person u love got someone else pregnant would u stay with him if u love him and they dono if its his or not yet idk what to do b/c i dont wana break up with him HELP

I'm not talking about things they want to do (like with boys and stuff) but children today, especially girls, seem to have such a serious demeanor, and they speak a lot more articulately than I remember. When I was a child (let's say 8-years-old), my peers were running around screaming and cracking bathroom jokes. They all watched nothing but cartoons, and were...well...childish. Like they should be. But now, I'm seeing young children answering questions seriously and articulately and opting to watch non-cartoon shows. They don't care for "gross humor" anymore. How come children seem to be more intelligent and growing up faster (mentally) these days?

Let's say a guy is 'talking' to a few different girls. Do you think it is true that he will turn to the one he knows will take care of him when he is sick?

Because the guy I like says if anything is going to happen, it will happen slowly, which is fine. And I know he has other girls he is talking to - however, he has felt bad for the past two days and has been emailing & calling a LOT more than usual. My girls say it's because he knows I will 'baby' him.

Do you think it's true? because he says we are just friends, but he knows I like him.

I've been attracted to my hairstylist for about 2.5 years now. We have a lot in common and our personalities are very similar, but I've only spent about 30 minutes with her every couple of weeks during that time. I was married until about a year ago and she just told me on Sunday that she's getting a divorce - husband cheated on her. That afternoon we went to see a movie together (Jackass 2 - i.e., not a "date movie") and then talked a little afterwards. I'm an honorable guy and absolutely will NOT take advantage of her when she's vulnerable, but I want her to know that when she IS ready to date again, I'd like her to at least consider me. So, do I tell her all this now or do I wait until I get some cosmic sign that she's open to dating again? The last thing I want to do is add more chaos or drama to her life right now.

I dont know how to go about and date women of another race, Im a latino male and im really attracted to Black women, thick ones to be exact lol but I have never really dated them because I just dont know how to approach them or if they would be attracted to a guy of another race pretty much im scared of rejection and just scared period but Im just really attracted to them they are my type of women, also I live in Utah and lets just say its kind of hard to meet black women here, so i dont really interact with them much and i just dont know what to do, so any suggestions or advice would be helpful.
