We can never be too safe in life. The way things have been going in the world with shootings and people taking out the rage...we need take all necessary precaution. Just to be safe. I would suggest that you record phone conversations, there lots of new technology out there to do that. Keep letters if you receive letters from him. And seek protection from police. Maybe even discuss first with a lawyer on your options. If your ex is leaving you alone for now, try not to have his behavior affect your new feelings with this new boyfriend. I know you have trust issues but be en garde but at the same time realize this new man is not your ex.

If your ex is leaving you alone now forget about him. Forget you ever even knew him. If he is still bothering you, you need to call the police and get protection from him. Make sure that friends and family know where you are and where you are going at all times. Try to stay around friends and family. Don't give this guy a chance to catch you alone. Go to an abuse clinic, or some other form of help center. You don't have to live in fear, they will help you. And let me reiterate that if this guy is still bothering you, you call the police.

You obviously have issues you can't get past on your own. You either need to share with your new man, and maybe he can help you overcome it, or look into some counseling. It's all about letting go. If you're still receiving threats from your ex, then you should be talking to the police.....If not, then you need to talk to a therapists, preacher, or someone that can help you put this behind you. Don't let it cost you your new relationship! Good luck, and keep your head up!

I had to move to another state to get rid of my ex, you need a restraining order or a stalking order and they are fairly easy to get, Make sure you lock all of your doors and windows even during the daytime, put a no trespassing sign up on your house, change your phone number and if possible have someone with you at all times.

I suggest you seek psychiatric counseling for those unwanted memories and recieve a restraining order for your ex. It may also help to discuss your feelings with your current boyfriend as he could serve as a very dependable support system. I hope this helps.

Just make sure your new boyfriend knows of your history. He obviously cares deeply about you and will probably do everything in his power to keep you safe. Have trust in him, and try to forget the bad things that happened awhile ago. I hope everything turns out okay for you!

You know what girl, there are many men out there that do that. Enjoy what you have missed from a relationship. If he gets in your way and is very bothersome then get authorities involve.
