Why would a guy ar my work ask me if i was going to leave the company? why does he care or want to know?

i hardly know him. he is a peer started 3 months ago with me.i dont see why its any of his business.

maybe he wants your job

maybe he wants to get to know you better

maybe he just likes working with you --- no other agenda
