Long story short, me and my girlfriend(now ex) went out for 3 years. At the end she cheated on me because I was having life issue to deal with and didn't spend enough time with her. However, we got back together half year after that and decide to work on it. We stick it out for another half year, and then we broke up again. This time, she told me she adore us a lot and care for me a lot, but her feelings for me are more like a brother than a boyfriend(she said we can never be couple again). From my understanding she meant the lost of those "rush" and "excitement" that you would get when you newly enter a relationship. Does it mean she doesn't love me anymore or we just had been together too long? She said she still cares for me a lot and willing not to go out with anyone until I start dating others(what the hell??). I just don't understand what exactly is going on anymore. Do you think she is lying?

With the holidays upon us, would it be appropriate to for women to wear a low cut blouse and/or mini-skirt. And, how low is low and how high is high???

Would that include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years...or, would each holiday require a different style of dress, assuming you will not be meeting family for the holiday festivities?

I bought my girlfriend a ring, but I've hesistated to give it to her. We're both graduate students and have been under a lot of stress. Not to mention my family has nearly cut me off, and her family doesn't acknowledge me to their friends and loved ones. This plays into my emotions, of course. I wonder if my hesitancy is related to all these stressors, or if its a sign of some deeper dissatisfaction. Could the fact that I second guess and question things be a sign of something I should pay more attention to? Should I wait until the stress eases up?? Any opinions??

I like this gal colleague a lot, we were sitting in the same office then, but after I moved out from that office, she turned quite coldly towards me, plus we have lesser topics to talk about, our friendship drifted

my other friend told me, she might be the type that's not interested in engaging a friendship with those she sees that aren't going to be related to her in work. In my case, I've moved out, so the link is somehow broken.

Our characters are very different, she's kinda sporty and me not as outgoing as she is, she might have her flaws for acting coldly to me(actually till today I don't know if that's her character flaws or something else), still, I treasure our friendship very much, other than confronting her face to face, is there any way I can win her friendship back?

When my wife and I go out we make a night of it. I love it when she wears skirts (short preferably) cute shoes, and nylon. The Nylon is a must for me. I love the tactile feeling it gives and I especially love the sexy and femine charateristics it can emote. What do you guys like to have your girls/wifes wear and why?

My brother in law got married and my husband and I could not believe how many people showed up without a gift! When we got the gift (from a registry) we noticed almost no items had been purchased, and we got the gift 3 days before the wedding. At the wedding there was only a few gifts and cards. Since when has it become acceptable to show up at a wedding without a gift?!?! My friend says it's ok and maybe they can't afford the gift. I say that's BS and you should always bring a gift. Everyone usually has something on the registry that is inexpensive, so I think that's an excuse.

It started when my girlfriend and I went out and she slept over. Her and I were joking about both going into my husband's bed, but we never did - later I talked to my husband about it and it seemed to excite him. I dont want her and him to actually have sex, but I wouldnt mind anything else

So my freind really likes this guy, and he seems to like her. He says he "wants her" and that he "likes her as a person." He has made a couple of moves on her, they kissed, fooled around ,etc. but no sex. Only problem is, he's married with two kids. He tells her she is beautiful, but he can't keep seening her because he doesn't want to lose his kids. In fact he has told her this twice, but still came back for more the second time. He obviously really loves his kids, and seems to be a good man. He says that he has never been in this type of situation before. He never says anything about not wanting to hurt his wife, only about hurting his kids. Is it just me, or does this guy seem to just be with her for the kids? Also, if he came back to my friend once after telling her he couldn't, is there a chance he'll slip up again, or is it more likely that he is serious this time.

I took over his rent payments 2 weeks ago when he moved out of town. He said I didn't have to be on the lease b/c he'd told his landlord that I was staying there with him. Yesterday, he shows up unannounced and asks me if he can stay for 2 weeks until he can move in with his friend. The place is an efficiency, so there's only a little room as is. He says he has nowhere else to stay. Normally, I would let it slide, but there's no space and he didn't ask my permission. He just showed up. He did this to me once before when we lived together. I broke up with him and he left town. Then he came back (again, unannounced) and asked to stay for a week. It turned out to be MONTHS before I could get rid of him. He's also an alcoholic and manipulative and I just don't want to be around it. He paid the security deposit for the place, which I don't have enough $$ to pay him back for right now even if I was on the lease. I'd really appreciate some help!
