In the past he has done both in front of the the two children we share ( that he gets every other weekend ) for two years i kept them away from him because of the use but now i the courts have ordered me to let him see them... i can not make the courts understand the situation in his household. So here i am hoping some one can help me fix the problem.

My parents & my husbands parents are divorced and remarried with more kids. We are now married with a child of our own. Every holiday is spent running from house to house trying to visit everyone. It gets really complicated and quite frankly really old year after year. I think it would only be fair to our son (who is now 13 months) to start staying home for the holidays. Or at least at Christmas time. Coming from a broken family myself I know personally how it is to have so many places to visit and never getting to stay home and enjoy myself. I would like to start having Christmas at our house. The only problem is that our families also have families that they have over for the holidays. How do I convince them that they should start coming to our house? My husbands step mother to be exact. She has a big beautiful house that she loves to entertain in so I'm afraid they wouldn't come over at all due to the fact that she always has holiday parties. Am I being selfish? Help!

I have been had great social anxiety because of women objectifying themselves in society. I hate it especially now because I have a boyfreind, and I don't like him enjoying what I hate so much. I recently have gotten on the pill and it has made me more emotional about what I was already emotional and passionate about (being angry at society for accepting the objectification of women as normal, and women for objectifying themselves both in the media and real life). And he is upset, because instead of my phsychologist thinking that I had a problem, by getting upset about this to the point where I want to avoid society, she said that I was just very passionate about something, and that's a good thing. Now my boyfreind is upset and thinks that my session made the problem worse, by me being more confident about my view point. I have had problems going out in public because I don't like to be exposed to it. I have had emotional breakdowns in public because of it. I think what she has said

My ex will call me and ask if I want to hang out. I'll be bored or my friends aren't available, so I'll go because he makes it sound like fun. But, when I'm with him, he always makes me feel used or makes me feel miserable. He'll start talking about his new girlfriend, or we'll go do something and he doesn't bring money so I end up paying, or he'll say "let's take your car because it's nicer" and he wants me to drive all over. And then I go home all pissed off because I know he completely used me. But, I don't feel used when he asks to hang out and for some reason I always think "oh, this time he's being sincere." And he never is! I'm such an idiot. I can't believe I fall for his stupid lines everytime. Aaaarrrgggghhh!!!!

I need some inexpensive ideas for bridesmaid and groomsen gifts. Also ideas for the flower girl and ring bearer. We are on a budget now because the wedding is getting out of hand. Any suggestions?

I've read alot of people saying "I cheated because I wasn't getting what I need..."
Anyone out there willing to say "I scr*wed up and I was stupid and I feel horrible about it". No positive spin about it.
So anyone just think their affair was just the stupidest thing they have ever done?

I have several health problems that could be genetic. I need to know, for my children's sake. Also, I've always been told that I'm half native American. If that's true, I'd like to know which tribe, if possible. I'm on disability and don't have the money for an attorney or anything like that,so the cost would have to be minimal .--need to know

I had a little tiff with the gf this weekend and haven't heard from her until today. I said some things that were on my mind anyways, but after a few adult bevs, I think it came out a little stronger than I intended. Hell, strong enough that I haven't talked to her for two days. I am going to see her tonight (finally!) but know I've got some serious ***-kisssing to do. I keep hearing people talk about how you have to let go and they come back, and I think this could be a time for that, but I'm not sure (never tried it, I guess). So my question is (esp for the ladies) is it better to say I want you with me but I'll wait for you to decide if that's still what you want, or should I say, Look, I effed up BIG time, but I can't stand the thought of losing you and I promise it will never happen again? Which is more appropriate?

For a wedding gift a family gave us a doiley with our invitation pinned to it. My husband took it as an insult, but I don't know. It's the family of this guy that I dated for a very short while, but the family acted like we were going to get married or something, and were shocked when I stopped dating him. Anyways, they are really into making homemade gifts like quilts, wooden things, and stuff like that, so was it meant to be an insult or not? What do you think.
