I'm adopted. What is the least expensive way to access my records?I?

I have several health problems that could be genetic. I need to know, for my children's sake. Also, I've always been told that I'm half native American. If that's true, I'd like to know which tribe, if possible. I'm on disability and don't have the money for an attorney or anything like that,so the cost would have to be minimal .--need to know

then the agency that placed you
then your birth certificate
then the county records office for the city and date of your birth
then the Credit agency's for one of your parents credit records
