You could take it easy and do all the little things around your place that you never find time to do, like read that stack of magazines or books, take a long bath, pamper yourself with a facial, watch your favorite dvd or catch up on your recorded tv shows. You could also cook something that you never have time to or call some friends you've lost touch with. Make it your day and do something productive so you'll feel like you spent it well.

Go for a nice long walk in the woods with your GF/BF, dog, etc. the rain is nourishment for the soul and upon returning home you will learn interesting things about yourself and your experience
1.-It's only water.
2.-You won't get sick an die.
3.-The world is full of life, even in the rain.
4.-Most of God's creatures enjoy being in the rain, it's a refreshing event that you and your GF/BF will have fond memories off.
5.-You'll look forward to rainy days in the future.
6.-The hot shower and "Stormy Sex" afterwords will be
awesome !!
7.-Embrace life, don't hide from it.

Long, hot bath with a good book followed by a romantic comedy movie with popcorn & hot chocolate and then a nap.

a nice walk in the rain splashing thru the puddles like you did as a kid. Than go indoors witha nice mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows of course and snuggle up to a good scarry movie.

Have a indoor picnic with your love ones. Clear the furniture and camp out right on the living room floor. I do it all the time it is fun.
