that sounds just like my story.
I met him online...chatted and talked on the phone every day for two months..saw each other on web cam. I came to argetnina to meet him personally and never went back to my country...We just got married this sept.
of course since we lived together the same day we met personally,we really got to know each other. During the 2 months of chatting, its possible that people idealize the relationschip, or the other person. So try to control your emotions for now. it is very important to see him on a web cam, cause TRUST me photos are not very trustworthy. You need to see him in action...also in my case I dont have kids, neither does he,so that made it a little easier on us. But frankly..YES I do believ people can fall in love over the internet, thet meet the inside before the superficial outside, and they listen and dont expect to have sex that same day cause your far away, and all you have is "conversation"

No...it's called infatuation...it's 'in love' with a fantasy...there's WAY too much you cannot know about someone you've never met (no matter how many emails, pictures, and phone calls have been exchanged).

People get in love with the idea of love...they meet someone online, he (or she) seems fabulous and then they fill in the blanks about this person with who they WANT the person to be (and it may or may not be anything close to reality).

AND you've only known one another for 2 months? That's not long for an offline relationship, much less a fantasy cyber world one...

It sounds like you're both a bit needy and jumping on the first person who seems to fit the bill, because you are tired of waiting and looking...

Best of luck...but I wouldn't start sending out wedding invitations...

hey girl....we are of the same age. And i'm so glad that you found a lover...regardless of the avenue. Well this is 21st Century and the technology age so it's normal and it's very possible for 2 people to fall in love online. You said you have exchanged pictures? atleast you have an idea of how the other looks like...you have talked for hours, which means that you can exchange ideas and enjoy each other's company.... So, Go for it!

Anything is possible. You're both old enough to be reasonably mentally mature, and I'm sure that having kids makes you even more emotionally mature!

I've heard of and known stranger things.

The best thing about the internet is that it can really broaden the people you have the potential to meet and you can get really specific.

I think it's a good thing :-)
Good luck to you!

You been inlove before, you shold know it takes more then 2 months, your smitten with him, not inlove. Love takes more then looks, trust and other things. So you fancy him, but i wouldn't say love.
