Wait as long as it takes for you to feel comfortable with the idea of sleeping with him. Basically, when you are ready. There's no right or wrong amount of time to wait, so when you feel like it, just do it. :)
Make sure neither of you forces the other into it if you're not ready though, you have to both be happy about it, or it won't be as enjoyable for the two of you.
