ok, me and this guy have been goin out for 9 months. everything is great between us except there's one great obstacle: GOSSIP. I hear a lot about how he is seeing other women and i've even seen pictures! no lie! i gave him another chance because he says that he's changed. but rumors are starting up again. They were true the first time and this time, well, i'm not so sure anymore. Even his best friend has told me several things about him. So now my question is, how must i confront my boyfriend about this situation? please help!!!!

My husband and I are trying to work through an affair he had last year.He has just announced that he is choosing to go overseas for 7 months-Afghanistan .He did not discuss this with me-just announced that he was going.Nothing really has changed in our relationship and the trust has definitely not been renewed. It is hard to give up on someone you once loved but I feel he is trying to tell me something! He has an anger problem and has a hard time with our three children.Life is fine as long as there are no 'hiccups'.Unfortunately(or fortunately!)family life is not like that.I know my husband feels like a failure. He thinks this tour will help him.I don't know if there is enough to hold onto after all that has happened.Any advice?

when it's used in this context, "Why do nice guys always finish last?" What does that mean?

My ex-boyfriend always does what his mother says!
If she wants us to break up, he thinks he has no choice but to do it; screams that I was going to be there for his family birthday party for him-so he sent me home (saying he didn't want me to get 'hurt'!) and when his mother doesn't want him to be there when she takes me to court over stuff she's made up-and he can say they are not true-he doesn't because he is 'scared'!
I have also heard he has always had the hots for his older and only sister of the 4, and one day he didn't stick up for me when she was being a b.itch to me and couldn't stop staring at her and also took his arms off me to be closer to her-plus the new baby she had he acts like it's his, and he was also very upset when he was first told he couldn't see it (his mum tells everyone I beat her up, when really it is the other way around! Obviously she is mentally sick and her age doesn't help!)
He is turning 20 and he said he was serious about his engagement!

My daughters wedding is next Saturday and 3 of my dearest friends are invited. One of these friends is going through a period of depression and is not herself at all.
Problem is she wont say if she will be able to attend saying it depends on how she feels on the day.
I dont think this is fair to my daughter and partener( they have paid for everthing themselves) as there are others they could invite instead.
I dont want to risk upsetting my friend by asking her for a yes or no.
What would you do ?

I thought i could have the reception at a relatives house but I am having trouble finding a venue for the ceremony. I dont want a registry office. I want somewhere cheap. I would love my dog there as he is part of the family now. Photographs are important to me so i would like somewhere that looks good inside aswell as out as you cannot be sure of good weather. I would prefer somewhere in Essex or Kent but am prepared to travel for the perfect venue. Somewhere cheap, picturesque and will allow my dog- Is this impossible?! Help!!!

It is a fact to me that one woman or man can love two people at the same time. I am not taking cheap flings, but sometimes another person crosses your path and it is your soul mate . Very few people have this real passion, attraction. I am not talking morals here. I am talking reality. Secret desire, passion, lots of eina. so many people are stuck in dead realtionships.........but it is the right thing to do. Others love their partners as well as the other man/woman.

For me it was buying my first house in 1970 just before the big price rise. Without a home I never would have married and had my children which was the next thing.

You start dating a guy who obviously takes care of himself, well-groomed, and so on.

As the relationship goes on, you realize that he hasn't had a haircut or shave since your first date, he's missing more showers than he takes, and the ratty, holey clothes he's had since high school become a staple of his wardrobe.

Around the time your family is ready to meet him, he looks like he's been filming for "Survivor" for the past forty days.

Why do so many guys stop caring about their appearance once a relationship gets serious? I mean BASIC PERSONAL HYGEINE... showering, shaving... simple maintenance!

Is it because they're so comfortable in the relationship that they no longer feel the need to impress you? They say that if you really liked them, you wouldn't care how they looked. But how would guys feel if girls stopped showering, shaving, and gained thirty pounds out of nowhere? And often, if the relationship ends, they go right back to the way they looked before.

WHY?

I am getting married in july and i am stumped on what colors to choose. I really like greens and cream colors, and I am leaning towards bridesmaids dresses in peridot. I love natural colors and earth tones, but these dont seem like summer colors. Its a late evening wedding so I want a romantic feel with lots of cream colors. Do you think a green would go well this time of year? If so what shades would go well and links to pictures using color schemes would be helpful. Thanks!

see, I have trouble trusting anyone. If im talking to someone on the internet and they say "Oh you look pretty in that picture" or somthing along those lines, I always assume its someone I know trying to trick me and I block them immeaditly .Or if im talking to just a best internet friend I always assume that im going to run into them despite the fact they dont even live in the same state and so I always have my hood on and different makeup that any of my pictures... Other times when im at parties or just at school, people ask me out and ask me to dance but im just so paranoid that theyre going to try and play a joke on me so I always say no and totally ignore them until I leave or school year is over. I suffer from a mild case of Social Anxiety Disorder and its forced me to go into homeschooling and I have absolutely no friends at all. Im also an insomniac.Totally isolated. Can someone help me, please?? Thanks so much it means alot to me :]
