2 know each other. he said he likes me nd wanted 2 see me again, which i didn't! yesterday i called 1 of my friend cuz i needed him to come to my hous cuz i wanted to talk to him, he didn't want 2, cuz evry1 thought i was going out with this guy. nd in the afternoon while going 2 the park to pick up my little bro, he(the guy, not my friend)was ther playing b-ball with his boys. he run 2 me nd ask me if i wanted to walk, said ok, but realy didn't wnt to. he asked me y i caled my friend this morning and got mad! i told him it personal and couldn't tel him, but i told him the other reason i wnted him 2 come was also giving him his b-day present. after a while he was cool with it(that wat i thought). we stayed out til 10pm. he walked me home and kissed me. the problem is i don't like him not that much, i like som1 else. when i got hom i was thinking bout the other guy. now we r datin, i wnt 2 tel him how i feels, but don't wnt 2 hurt his felings. wat do u think?>>most of my friends r guys

My kids (who range between 22-30 years of age) are cold to me. My kids contact me when they need answers to questions, a co signer on a loan, a place to live, a babysitter -- never for just the 'hey, how are you doing mom' thing.
I lost my own mother when I was 24 and have tried to be the mom I would have appreciated having. Not interfering in their lives, but being there for them, when ever they needed me or wanted me. But I can't say the same for them.

I watched my son's last girlfriend die last year. He can't understand why I am not thrilled that he already got married to someone else and is expecting a baby anytime. His new wife has no respect for me and I am supposed to be just fine with that.

My husband and I seperated (never to reunite) three years ago because I couldn't handle his drinking/abusive attitude toward me.
I am very much considering moving to another state, start my life anew and try to find some happiness before I die. Is that selfish of me?

You may or may not have seen my last question but I have frequent troubles in my relationship with my mother. My last question was asking how to deal with my mum's partners and ho much I didn't like the current one which meant that my mother and I fell out.

The thing is now my dad (my mother has always remained great friends with my dad) has told me that this current partner has upped and left.....AGAIN. Its all he ever does, in the past year he's gone about 10 times, no exaggeration here.

The ting is, do I now resolve the issue with my mum and just go over and comfort her at a time when she needs me or just carry on ignoring her as I have been, which now feels rather selfish, though I don't know how she'll react.

PLEASE help me.

we broke up 6 months ago and she started dating this guy right after . . im talking like a week after . . but anyways i tried to get her back the first 2 months then i went NC since the middle of june. . .she has called or texted or left me a voicemail like 10-15 times since then and i havent answered or contacted her back. . .she just recently got into an official relationship with this guys and i noticed she tried to get ahold of me the day they started going out . . . she calls about once every 1,2,3 weeks and she called me drunk last weekend 3 times , 2 texts and 1 voicemail in 1 night and she said she doesnt understand why we cant be friends. . .even though ive told her atleast 20 times that i cant. . . after we broke up she insisted we were going to get back together sometime . . . and she also is the type of person that cant stand to be alone and always has to have somebody. . . if she is completely happy and everything then why does she try to call me all of the time?

i don't know why i eat so much. sometimes i eat emotionally, you know, to fill the void. then other times i eat because i'm extreeeeeeemmmmmly hungry. how do i control this? i have asthma and i'm overweight, so it's hard to just get up and go exercise. are there any special ways to lose weight for people like me?
