there is this kid at school who i dont even know wont leave me alone, he knows my name, what i like, ect.. im trying to get it through his thik skull that i hate him, how do i get him 2 leave me alone, without beating him up??? ( metaphoricly speaking on the beating up )

Call the police and your lawyer immediately.
First, get a Restraining Order on him, and
Second, sue his family for not bringing up their son properly, therefore through their son's ill-manners and misbehaviours, had caused you grievous hurt, damages to your reputation and tremendous emotional distress that may haunt you for the rest of your life.
Third, let him get close to you in crowded place (like the canteen), and shout out loudly so that everyone can hear. Say the following "help...stop...you are molesting me"..."help...molest"..."help me please....he is molesting me", and when your friends and teacher comes closer explain to them that he touched and grab you in your "privates" / "forbidden areas"....oh by the way make sure you are crying, look very shocked and distraught.

Inform your teacher or principal that you are being harassed. Better to be safe than sorry, today you never know what a kook will do. His parents should be notified by the school as to what is happening. He may need counseling or therapy.

Tell him for the last time to BACK OFF....and if he fails to do so, then report him to the School Principle....or whoever it would be these days. This is a form of stalking and should not be tolerated by you....

Well, I would be flattered that someone likes me but if he is a lot obessesed, I would just forget about it. That would be a bit freaky.

i think hes maybe a stalkerand the ony way to get rid of him is to report him to ur grade advisor or talk it over with ur student advisor.
