Have a stomach band put on.
OK a bit radical as it involves surgery but the only option if you really can't control yourself

I think maybe you could talk to your doctor about referring you to an "Eating Disorder Clinic". They are for all kinds of eating disorders. Don't be embarrassed to ask, it just might be the right thing for you. I suspect you are eating all the wrong foods. If you're going to binge, go for good stuff. Get rid of all the junk foods in your home. Make a huge beautiful salad and when you get the urge, help yourself and use afat-free dressing on top. Chick-peas in a salad is supposed to be a good source of protein so throw some of those on or some white chicken meat or tuna. Salads do more for you than you think. They take a long time to eat and so satisfy the need to chew. Never get yourself too hungry. I believe small amounts of protein should be consumed about every 3 hours to help boost metabolism and keep you feeling satisfied. I'm not a dietitian by think you need an expert to help you. Go for it. You deserve to enjoy life. Good luck.

I'm on diet now and I've on diet before and had successfully lost weight. The first start is hard, but once you start eating less, then you kind of "like" eating less, because you do not consume too much food to your body. But beware, you have to take care of nutrition which means you have to take vegetables, meat and protein etc everyday to make your body work and keep you healthy. Of course, the other thing is you have to exercise, if your body can't afford then maybe you should try take walking as your exercise, this might work!!

First off I want to appluad you for wanting to make a change in the way you feel. Losing weight can be hard. I have asthma too so I know how it can be hard to exercise with it. My advice is just slowly build up to more activitys while you get more energy. Start going for walks and then build up to slow jogs. Then runs. Lifting weights are good to turn fat into muscle. SO is horseback riding. Dont be discouraged it takes a while for results to show up. When you are sad or mad instead of eating right down your thoughts in a journal or occupy yourself with something that doesn't involve food like swimming or hanging out with friends. Try a diet thats good for you. Try and avoid foods like chips cookies, sugars, they may taste good but aren't the best for you. Try salads, fish, oranges, apples, bananas, nuts, sunflower seeds. Tasty things that are good for you. Sometimes eating 4 or five smaller meals is better then eating 3 huge meals. Just exercise and follow a good healthy diet and you will feel better and look better. Dont resort to throwing up or starving yourself as it is terribly unhealthy and makes you feel worse and binge causing you to gain weight. Good luck
