In general I do not have a moral problem with age discrepancies but this gap seems a little too far. She is not mature enough to handle a serious relationship even if she is up for dating you. It is possible a fling might happen but even if it does things will not last possibly causing some heart break.
If you want to date a younger girl mid twenties is my minimum as to the possibility of serious dating. In general younger people want to be with younger people. They might experiment a bit but I sure as hell wouldn't count on anything lasting.

it kind of sounds like maybe you guys work in the hospitality industry? and please, don't take this wrong but there are really friendly people all over the place and you wouldn't be the first person to take flirting or friendliness for interest. you need to make sure she's interested in you the way you are obviously interested in her. unasked for advances are not the way to go. just talk to her and maybe ask her sometime if she'd like to hang out outside of work, maybe get a coffee or something? see how she reacts. if she seems open, take it from there. if she seems completely like, wow, no that'd be weird, well, you'd get the idea. but all you can do is ask!

Well make sure she's ok with you first. I mean it's very hard to ask someone out and then be turned down. Sure age difference is awkward but if you guys both like each other it's ok. Be careful and just watch her and see if she shows any special interest to you first. If she seems friendly enough toward dating then go on and ask her out. Best of Luck.

well i will ask u to think on ur ques seriously. ur only thnkin abt the present man but wht abt the future, lets suppose tht she says yes ok nd u get married nd stuff. look at the foll probabilities :
1 when r u goin 2 have kids
2 look at the age difference man
3 after some time ur mojo is goin to decrease big time then she will go to someone else then wht do u do.
4 wht abt ur friends nd relatives
5 if ur stayin india look at the difficulties.
i kno i mite sound pessimist to u but i'm only being reaslistic, think abt it. as far as i go u have extremely slim chances of making it. so think on ur decision properly nd decide wht to do.

This is very inappropriate for a man your age to be involved with a teenager, despite her being not a minor anymore. she is young enough to be your daughter, I think you should meet someone around you own age. Be prepared that if you ask her, you might live a horrible life and if she tells people you might be considered a deviate person by the society around you. BAD MOVE....

Emotionally speaking, age doesnt matter. But legally, you can be charged for sexual harassment or other out of this world charges...be careful, she can be friendly and deadly as well...
I would think twice or at least a million times before dating her...she might even be after the money.

Forget about it dude. You cant have everything you want in life. Look for someone close in age and more importantly experince as you. If possible, do her a favour and just continue to be a friend to her.

When you are in conversation with her, ask her to have lunch or dinner with you. The very worst she can say is no thanks. You have nothing to loose, and maybe a life together to gain! If you do not ask, you will never know, and probably end up asking yourself many times the rest of your life "what if . . . . . ?"

What could you possibly have in common with this girl ?
I truly do not believe it could last . What happens when in 20 years your health is going down hill and her libido is still running full force ?
