Here's the situation:

I've been friends with this girl for a few years now I guess. We go to the same Church. She's a few years younger than me. At one point we became really really good friends and I started developing some feelings for her. She turned me down and we went on just being friends. This happened maybe 5 or 6 months ago.

Lately I think she's been completely ignoring me and I have no clue why. I never see her any more. She never picks up my calls. She never answers my txt msgs and she won't even answer my MSN msgs.

I really have no idea why. Should I bother keeping to try contacting her or just give it up and write off the relationship completely?

k, i know this girl that gave me her phone number with me not even asking 4 it. she said something like "you want my phone number?". the thing is she's hot i am usualy a shy guy (she was too, and maybe still is, but not sure) and we smile alot at each other when we meet in social places. i once offered her a flower and she said "i cannot take it" and simply ran away. well i admit it was a premature gesture of me. eversince she gave her phone number she never called or sent any text, just as replys to my SMS, and those were rare too. she then excuses herself like "it was late" or things like that. today i've sent her some SMS again but she only replied with beeps. and the last one she didn't reply at all. i concerned cuz i think she might be throwing me "bones" like i was her dog or something. or maybe she's just checking her options... i don't know. what do u think about this?

So I have been good friends with a man that is 15 years older than I am for about a year. We met at work but neither of us work there anymore. We get along great and everyone always assumes we are dating. He tells me he cares a lot about me and would do anything for me, etc but he also says things like "I can tell you this cuz we are great friends and I'm not trying to impress you." He seems to have a problem with our age difference. Here's the biggie... he is technically engaged to someone who lives in another state and it looks like that has fizzled but he still calls her his gf. He calls me almost everyday and is always asking me to go do things. What is his deal? Will we ever be "more than friends"? Isn't it strange for a guy to be this close to a female friend?

I have this friend I have had for a long time and she says she can't go to court and testify about what is best for my son. Because she works under my sons fathers mom. She doesn't want to loose her job she says. What would you do? Would you be upset? Because my kids really look up to her like an aunt. I mean I do understand but then a part of mine really doesn't b/c it's my child we're talking about and she's the one that knows about everything that happened with my sons father to testify besides me.
