Personally, I don't give a damn what you look like. I don't care who your friends are. I don't what "clique" you're in.
In fact, I would rather you be average looking, smarter than me, and able to tell me when I'm being stupid.
Pretty shallow girls will always be in demand. Unfortuately, these girls cost about 300 on your local street corner.

I was about to say the second one untill you said she was not afraid to be herself. Most girls I've been with who tell me they arn't afraid to be themselves end up being crazy feminist bitches who think men should be their slaves. I would choose neither.
