there is this guy and my friends say he totally likes me and u can tell and we know he wants to ask me out becuse his cousin told me anyway should i ask him out because its been at least 3 weeks and he hasent?

Don't ask him out unless your absolutely desperate. He will eventually ask you out, but it takes some time. Be patient, everything will work out. If he really likes you he will ask you out, no need to worry about it.
