I really want a cellphone. My mom promised me about getting me one, But she didn't whats the best way to like get me one? I really hate when people promise me something then don't do it. So i want to know the best way to make my mom get it or like, Let her get it but how

Tell your Mom that you've put a cell phone at the top of your birthday and/or Christmas "wish" list (whichever comes first).
Present a well thought out argument. Tell her how handy it is: if you get stuck after school, if she's running late, if there's an emergency, you can always reach her and vice versa.
STOP NAGGING. Show her you're old (mature) and responsible enough to merit your own cell phone. (Act like a baby, get treated like one is what my Mom always used to say to me!)
Offer to help her out with some sort of household task you aren't already doing -- like the laundry or grocery shopping -- AND, with the time you save (by helping), suggest that now the TWO of you can go shopping FOR A CELL PHONE.

If working for the satisfaction of know you spent your hard earned money on a cell phone from which then no one can tell you what to do with it cause its yours. Then just give them puppy dog eyes.

Just go talk to her about it. Parents love to help their children, especially when you have good reasons, don't beg, and show respect for her financial situation. Ask her what you can do to help her get it. show some responsibility.
Look for reasons why she would want you to have it.
OK go try it.

i got a cellphone, without even asking! just tell them that you don't want the cellphone just for looks tell them you REALLY "NEED IT". my parents believed me. u should try it and see how it goes. who knows maybe u will get it

suggest too her that she get the cell phone that she gives you your minutes this away you can suggest too her that you can possibly work for your own minutes that she gives you.
