My mother is 46 and I am 24.

I met my husband (now 26) 5 years ago and married him 2 years ago.

We have a great life together, we bought our own home and are very stable with our careers.

I recently mentioned to my mom that we were planning to have a baby in the next year or so.

She got all weird on me saying I should wait until I am 30 to have a baby, even though she started having children unmarried at 19.

My mother said she wanted me to wait until my little brothers (9 and 13 yrs old) are older, so then she can focus on my children.

She seems to have a problem with me having my own family and making family decisions with my husband without her approval.

I have been 100% independent since I moved out at 18 and she seems to still think she needs to okay my life decisions.

She wants to tell me when I should start my family!

Do mothers have a hard time accepting their children are adults?

he has remarried as have I. He says he loves me too but also loves his wife. I want to fly to see him to spend a couple of days with him. Secretly at a hotel. His wife hired an investigator and already caught us once. But we are being much more careful. Should I go see him?????

Can someone please give me ideas for some little things to say to my best firend (we are 15, I'm a guy, she's a girl), that will make her feel happy/good/special.
Just give me all your cute/flirty ideas.
Little things that will make her think, thanks.

Okay, my sister is getting married in December. She's half-way across the country until then. She was home in the spring just long enough to get engaged, then left. She'll be home a week before the wedding, which is too close for a bridal shower, right? Well, she's out with his family now, and they're going to have a shower for her out there. Her church family here, though, keeps asking if there's going to be a shower for her; should we have a card shower from here that corresponds with her bridal shower over there in October or whenever it's going to be? Or just forget it? They really rushed into the whole thing, but I think she expects a shower, but it's hard to talk to her about it because she's being super bridezilla right now...

My boyfriend and I are TOTALLY goofy when we are alone together. Behind closed doors we sing silly songs in silly voices, make funny faces, roll around on the ground, dance about crazily and otherwise act like total nutjobs.

I mean, we act normal as well, and have normal couple time - snuggling on the couch and talking about eachother's day, cooking together, etc.

But when we get in a silly mood, we are insanely goofy. So much so, that we even stop the silliness sometimes and say out loud , "What is wrong with us? We're so odd!" He nor I would ever behave this way except around eachother,so I'm just curious if anyone else does this.

Alone together, do you and your significant other behave in a way you'd never behave in public?

If a man knows that a woman really enjoys his sex do they withhold it from you intentionally to play mind games?

as a 'home wrecker'. Shes not the one who wrecked the home, it was the husband who wrecked it, or the wife that made him do it in the first place. Tell me....

I've been out with several nice guys recently, but just don't feel the romantic connection with them. Should I give them more than just 1 date to see if the "butterflies" and romance develop? Or just move on?

...usually I just wait for the right moment or say hello, but there are other times when I really like someone and think "ok I have to act now" even if it isnt the right moment, so what should be my best opener? (never used a chat up line in my life actually)

Be honest. I'm curious if you'd consider a one nighter, an occasional romp, or a full-bore affair (or none of the above).

But please be honest. I don't want to hear any self-righteous crap, OK?

So this guy that i've been seeing lately. He seems like a really nice guy and is interested in me. I have a great time with him and I do feel a connection. However, he's married. Seperated for for about 8 months and divorcing in the next month. (this is confirmed from an independent source). We've only known each other for about a month. Hes leaving on a business trip in a few weeks for 3 months. Should I just keep him as a friend?
