Saturday night we went out to celebrate my nieces birthday.I dance and have a good time while he just shoots pool or talks.Well Sunday we were talking about the night before,and he told me that people were not laughing with me they were laughing at me.How would that make you feel?That totally made me look at him a different way.I would expect to hear that from an enemy not the man I have spent the last 16 years of my life with.Am I over-reacting?

Heres the deal, at my school, we have a 21st century program, Culinary Arts, its a three hour course a day, well in this class, I like this girl, and I cant tell what she wants, one moment we can hold a descent conversation, and the next, she is commenting on things I do, or calling me weird, and then she flips out on me too somethimes, and I try to be nice, but I just then say mean things back because I have no idea what to do, AM I sending out the wrong message, or is she just a friend, gf, or wasted time, please help me, bye.

She only lives about 50 yards away from me so she can see everything I do, when I walk my dog, when I leave and return, etc. She even tells me she knows when I'm on the computer because she looks to see if the light is on in that room. She comes over uninvited and never leaves on her own. I have to lie and tell her I have something to do. I have even gotten in my car and left for a while. I have told her 3 times and emailed her once explaining that I just want to be friends, that I don't want a relationship with anyone - not just her and all other things. She just doesn't seem to get it. I feel like I am being stalked. help!

My mother and I had a serious non-arguement filled conversation about me leaving the house. I'm 17.
I'm in a situation and point in my life where I'm almost sure that I'm going to end up leaving again. (I've lived on my own/with other people before). However, this time I want to leave in good terms with her and do it right.

I've concidered getting emancipated, would that really help me out while trying to make it on my own?

Are you able to have anything under your own name once you are emancipated? Some please tell me a little bit about how it is and how it works to actually live as an emancipated teenager.

Almost everything about my husband has become so very unattractive. I don't ever let him know but it's like he's gotten so comfortable with me that he doesn't pay much attention to his appearance or the way he acts. I thank god he works nights so I don't have to sleep with him..his snoring is so loud with really aweful disgusting sounds that come out..when he is home at nights I usually end up on the couch. During the day I do everything i can to drowned out the noise. Sleeping or awake he lets out gas like it's nothing to him..loud and long gas. he has gained so much weight he blames everything on that. But still continues to eat and drink the same.He shovels anything down his throat. He always wears the same pants..the ones from work and thinks I enjoy smelling his body odor..somewhere he learned a women is suppose to be attracted to it. He wants sex non stop! He is constantly pawin at me..half the time with his erection shoved up against my body. How do I learn to love him again?

We have been dating for 4 years, and I recently realized that I have never really had romantic feelings for him. I have been too practical. There are nice reasons for us to be together, for example, we are both musicians, we share a similar sense of humor which can make things really fun, etc. But I have never had those feelings that people get with their partner like butterflys in my stomach, or my heart skipping a beat. And my mom recently said to me, "you know, I know that I am still in love with your dad because everytime he comes in the room, my heart skips a beat." And I heard another woman I know who has been married for 30 years say the same thing!!! And my heart has NEVER skipped a beat for him. Up until my heart DID skip a beat for a really great guy I met recently, and until my mom said that, I didnt know that that kind of relationship could be possible. Now I do, but I dont really want to leave a nice guy just because of something stupid like petty romance. Or is it petty??

My fiance wants to just take the immediate family, bridal party, and a few close friends out to dinner. There would be no DJ, limos, cake, etc. We are paying for it ourselves and are trying to put money away to buy a house. So we cannot afford a full gala. Sometimes I am O.K. with the idea and other times I get so sad that I will regret not having all the traditional receptions memories. Delaying the wedding is not an option as we have been together for 11 years. We will be taking a honeymoon. He has said absolutely no loans. I need some advice. Please Help!

So this girl that I have been friends my whole life, she is one of my best friends, I've wanted to be more than friends for a really long time, no one knew that i did besides me, so i tried to ask her to homecoming, but she said she couldn't but didn't give me an explaination, this was yesterday, so now that she said that, my other friend, who is a girl, kind of explained why she said no, she likes someone else and wants to go to homecoming with them, i'm cool about that, but it tore me up inside, and she said that she said she just wanted to be friends,, that night i talked to her and asked if we were still cool and she said definately, but she was like the only girl i had real feelings for.
