has she done this b4 ? some ppl , are naturally flirts w/ out even realizing it, talk to her about it , i'm sure she meant no harm ..and if she's single she probly gotta rush by hitting on a younger man .. i would know cuz i just described my mother !! its annoying but i got used to it .. gl gurl

Well sometimes guys when they are younger are fasinated by older women but it is only a fasination. Perhaps your mother should tell him she is flattered but she is happy right where she is. I hope she does not flirt with him because it will only encourage him..I hope this helped
