Ok with my guy friends when we meet or depart, we shake hands. but i dont know what to do with a female friend. my girlfriend of course i kiss but i just need help on meeting/greeting one and departing. Please help?

Hand shakes are nice with all friends. Some girls don't mind hugs while others do. If you're not sure what this friend prefers then hold out your hand. If she is a huggy person she will probably make the first move.

I think you answered your own question as this is your girlfriend you give her a kiss ? hug to say hello and Goodbye.

If its a female friend just hello and ask her how she is Nata Nata Nata.

If its a male or female and your meeting them for the first time then you should just shake hands talk or what ever and then when they leave you or you leave what ever it may and if you liked them then say it was nice meeting you.

Shake hands with ones that you don't know to well. If you know them well and depending on your relationship hug them if it feels right. Either that or wave.
