I'm a very jealous person and so is my fiance. How can we both fix that problem? And why are we so jealous to begin with? None of us had family problems growing up, both set of parents are still married. So what is it?

I think everyone gets jealous from a little annoyance to full on rage. You just have to accept and acknowledge that its a part of you. You really have to look within yourself on what triggers your jealousy and find ways to not let it get out of hand. talk things out, write it a journal, cry if you have too, just don't let it take over your emotions.

i am the same (exceopt for the having a fiance part), and its just because i wory to much. maybe you have the same problem. like, for example, i am always worrying about what epopel will think of me, so when someone wears something really cool, or gets something, and they look better than me, i get jealous. btw, congrats on your engagement! hope u have a great wedding!

lots of luv,
ezza

This has more to do with yourself than with the other person. It mostly has to do with insecurity. Ask yourself what makes you jealous...is it other women or friends or whatever.
