theres this girl in my class who really wants to be friends with me. shes a cute kid, but she totally kisses up to me all day, and it drives me crazy!!!!! the thing is, she has a pretty rotten home life, so i fell bad just to brush her off. what should i do!!!!!????!!!

I know it might sound silly to you because it's silly to me.

My fiance and I have been dating for 5.5 years. He just graduated from college but I'm still enrolled so he drove 8.5 hours with me to drop me off at my school and to help me unpack.

I always make a big fuss about watching his speed on the road but I fell asleep for about 6 of the 8.5 hours while we were on the road. He ended up getting a $200 ticket for doing 92mph!!!!

When I woke up, he said it was my fault because he always gets tickets when doing things for me and I should have been awake with him. He of course is going to pay for the ticket and doesn't expect anything from me but... they are suspending his license for about 50 days and he's bitching to me about it now like "Don't worry about it, it isn't your fault right?" (sarcastically)

Uggggh it pisses me off! Sorry about the long details!

My boyfriend & I have been 2gether for 2 years. We split up twice during that time & ended up 2gether again both times. He says he loves me but that he's not in love with me. We were going 2 split up because of this when we found out that I'm pregnant. I love him more than I ever thought was possible but he's told me that if it weren't for the baby then we wouldn't be 2gether. I want more than anything 2 be with him but I don't want 2 be with him knowing the only reason is because of our child. I can't handle the stress of know that he thinks he has 2 be there. I'm going crazy wandering who he'd rather be with & am getting very jealous. He tells me it's just hormones but I don't think that staying together for the baby is really in the baby's best interest. My parents stayed together for 5 years just for us kids before they finally dicided it would be better for us if they were not together. I don't want 2 put my child through that-I don't know what 2 do. Should we try 2 stay 2gether?

I have been in and out of court with her mother.She is a good mother;her and I just never could see eye to eye.Her man she has been with since we broke up.Has raised my daughter."he is a good dad,I just wanna smack him lol...just kidding" The point is I pay my support.It has been an up hill battle.I do not want to confuse my baby.
Keep in mind I have several other children that are home with me.They need me, and my emotion as well.Should I continue to fight,or should I let her go.It is real hard when I see a movie with Father and daughter reunions and so forth.
In her mothers defense I was a real serious jerk back then.I worked long hours yada,yada,yada......I am a good father now.Is the best thing I can do for her just walk away,or fight for my legal rights...I am only concerned for my daughters best interest......

a guy i know from work, is cheating on his g/f, i will be straight out and honest, yes i do like her a lot, and yes she knows i do.
i am not a great freind of this guy as he is a loudmouthed peice of ****. there are other complications, the woman he is cheating with is the boss's daughter and the company bike (yes even i have had her) she is 2 months pregnant, he does not give a crap about the baby. he also admits to being voilent when drunk, and is open that he'd beat a woman up if neccesarry.
more problems is that his g/f is head over heels for him and although i want to tell her, i know she won't believe me and this will put a spike in our relationship. this guy already has 4 kids from 3 different women, 2 of them were married (not anymore) while he was seeing them. he doesn't take care of any of them, he also has done time several times for offenses from drugs to bar rom brawls. what do i do?

So I want to hang out with my ex, build up some kino, and make it comfortable for us to hang out together (and maybe take things farther). I want to invite her to go with me somewhere I had already planned on going (that way it doesn't seem like Im trying to get exclusive with her or anything). And ideas on where to go/what to do?
Note that we ended on good terms.
Also, letting her come to me is good, but Im afraid that if I do that she'll never do it (she can be kinda shy).

There's this guy on my swim team who's two years older than me. I'm a freshman and he's a junior. He's offered me rides many times and stayed with me while I was waiting for my ride once although my coach was still there waiting with me also. Once at a swim meet, he kept bringing up guys who are on the team and asking if I liked any one of them. He gives me compliments about things and when this other girl on my swim team asked him to go with her to homecoming as friends he said yes. When she was telling me about it. He came up and jokingly asked me if I was jealous. I think it's over a 6 month period that he did all this. At homecoming he complimented me on how I looked and asked if I came with a date. He asked me about the guys I danced with. But when we email he usually gives 5 word answers and I know he's really nice to everyone. So does he like me?

And why didn't he even appreciate me? I dated this guy for a month but it felt longer cuz he was so sweet and caring, calling me all the time, talking on msn, and hanging out. It was so innocent and cute, it never went past kissing, and he never pressured me, he knew I wanted to save sex for marriage and he liked that I was unique. Neways, after a month he said he was "busy" and not ready to handle a relationship. Which is odd since when we were dating he said he's a committed type of guy and that he won't dump me unless I gave him a reason. So even after it was over he would still say hi to me on msn and now that has stopped. I finally blocked and deleted him but I'm still not over him even though it ended months ago. I wish I were but I'm not. I just don't know how he could just forget me so easily and move on. I wish I knew if he was thinking about me but I know he's not. Why was I so forgettable when he made me feel so special?

I'm talking about style..lol. I've started thinking that when most people meet someone they take in their appearance before their words...so, what would your first impression of me be? I'm tall (5'10"...but thats something I can't help, lol), very long dark hair with a tint of red, dark eyes, tan, and proportionate....I usually wear my hair down straight and parted to the side, or wavy....and I dress pretty simple, but if I had to say my style I guess it would be rocker/hippie...but not the new "emo" rocker but more of the southern rock I guess. And I keep the make-up very simple, with only a little bit of brown eye shadow and some mascara, if even that much because my eyelashes are already pretty long......so what would be your first impression?

And if its bad, what should I do different? Thanks for the answers!

Well, here is the situation....me, my girlfriend, and my family were out at dinner and then she got a phone call on her cell. She answered it and not only that 30 seconds had gone by and she was still on the phone. At that time I told her to "get off the phone right now - it is very rude to be talking at the table" So she got off the phone and then started crying acting like I embarassed her. I told her not to give me that crying routine because it wasn't going to work and that she was in the wrong. I took her cell phone away and told her she wasn't to have it the rest of the night. Not only that, I wouldn't let her get refills on her tea and so she had to drink the water that came with the meal. I feel that she needs to learn not to talk on the phone at the table and that would teach her a lesson. Later, my mom talked to her privately and told her to leave me because I was controlling. I was thinking whose side is my mom on here?? Did I do the wrong thing??
