I met this girl at a bar and got her number. We talked for a little bit, then I asked her out. We had dinner, got along great, she seemed really interested and made out a little too much for a first date.

She hinted that we were going to go out again in the future. But it never happened. I never saw or heard from her since. She told me she'd call me, when her friend from DC came to town for a few days. Something to miss?

Hi, I feel so stupid - Have been with my partner for 13yrs, engaged 8. Have been through all the ups and downs that are normal and yet he will not marry me. We just had 6weeks apart (he traveled) and he told me everything I wanted to hear (its time we concentrated on us, it's time to get married) and yet now he's home - he won't give any firm answers on our future - I'v asked 4 times about his idea of how to get married since his return "I dont know" is the answer. I've hinted at a child arriving next year - the answer "oh but there's something on in December" I feel like I'm being played and should just walk away. I know he loves me and I love him but I feel more and more resentment each time I look at him because I feel he built me up to believe we'd take a step forwards upon his return and yet we've now gone even further backwards... Any advice appreciated.

A girl I've been flirting with for weeks, I asked her out and she told me that she was kind of seeing someone, but repeatedly stated she didn't know where it was going, then she grinned and said she wanted to hang out, as friends, and that she would definitely want to hang out with me sometime. She also told me where she lived and liked how I wasn't far from her.

I am 28 years old girl. I live in a house close to my mother`s house. When my husband traveled to another country to work, I visited my mother more often. I usually had lunch with her and with family every day. And I spent the rest of the day at my home to study or do the house work. I noticed that my mother is not so happy by my being around so often. She looks glad when I say, well, I am going to leave now! She even said once to me, why are you waisting your time here, don`t you have a job to do?! She does not look so happy when I go to her fridge to have anything to eat!! Although I am gerenous with her, I buy her mother day presents, and I take my little sister out and sepnd money on her. Why does she hate my being around?
N.B: My father likes me alot, he always says to mother I cook better than her. Could this be the reason? I also was a difficult kid when I was a teenage, but not any more. What can I do? I feel so hurt because my mother doesn`t love me, or am I wrong?
