I met similar situation. 10 years down the road, I regretted that I didn't have the courage to risk our friendship then. My heart shattered when he got into serious relationship, now that it is all too late. What I would say is that you should express what you feel, if it doesn't work, you can move on - knowing that you two are impossible. If you don't say anything, you will carry on thinking about it.

No, don't say anything ... Just accept that she has a boyfriend and that you will either never be with her or it will take some time before you can be with her.
If you were to tell her how you feel, you would put the working relationship in jeopardy and it could lead to all kinds of problems in the future.

Don't risk ur friendship with her atleast talking to her makes you feel happy about yourself rather than she ignoring you. The matter becomes very sensitive when she has a boyfriend around her.

NO, first of all she has a man and you don't want to mess up her relationship because if you do that, then she'll want you. Now if you two get together and you can't treat her like her old man, then you'll NEVER hear the end of her saying, " I should have stayed with my old boyfriend". Or she may not like you in that kind of way and you'll look stupid..............Doctor J@e
