He do care, that's why he is looking at you. He may be wanting you to say something. If you feel that her hugging him is more than friendly, say something yourself. This is also a sign of disrepect if it is more than friendly.

Sounds to me like you & your bf should have a chat and find out what the deal is with the other girl. Find out what his feelings are about it and share your feelings about it with him. If he's your bf then he shouldn't be letting the other girl hug up on him.'
