No I wouldn't be mad unless he's also flirting with her, in which case I would be very annoyed. BUT, I would be more worried for the fact that the woman is his patient and displaying these kinds of actions is inappropriate in a professional setting.

I wouldn't worry to much about it, unless there is some obvious flirting or other behavior going on. My boyfriend has tons of girlfriends that he meets up with when I'm with him, and sometimes he doesn't introduce me either. It's not a big deal because I know they're just friends and there's no cheating going on. Or if you're still bothered, just talk to him. He probably doesn't even know it's bothering you.

I would be asking who the hell is she? FOR SURE!
Any woman my man even says hi to or they say, "Oh Hi!" to him I flip out if I don't know who they are. I say, "Who the hell was that ho!" because it usually looks like a f*ck'n s!ut. I am not jealous but if I don't know who they are I wanna know whats up! If you know what I mean.
He knows everybody I know and if some mystery man walked by or came up and hugged me and was like "How are you doing" and being all friendly friendly I KNOW that HE would be wondering what is up too. Its just common sense and common courtesy. Ask your man who she was and if he acts all nervous or you have any suspicion at all then definitely do some of your own private investigating to put your mind at ease.

No I wouldn't be mad. Is there a reason to be? Just ask your other why he didn't introduce the two of you. He may have a good reason.

i'd be a little upset at the fact that he didn't introduce me. I would then take it upon myself to make the introduction. Once my partner and i were alone, i would bring to his attenting that he failed to introduce me and i would tell him that i was upset that he didn't do the intro. he may have been caught up in the moment and didn't realize his error

if person is JUST a patient then he just crossed a HUGE line from professional to personal and regardless of which I would be sorely p.o'd at not getting introduced to her.................look at other signs all is NOT well in your relationship I fear.
As for me I would have been more than mad, BUT I would have made damm sure that I had introduced my self as I was peeling her OFF my man..............
