Wash the dishes and clean the house naked, then when he tries to get all over you, tell him that you can't have sex until the chores are done. You'll be surprised how quickly he'll help!

Make out a chore list that you negotiate with him, and post it on the door.
You may have to withhold his 'reward" if he doesn't do his jobs.
I like the idea of doing your housework naked, and then telling him "No" when he gets frisky.
Work first, play later!
This behavior has got to change, or you're in trouble

First tell him how happy you would be if he would help
you with more of the house chores. Make sure you
acknowledge and praise his work (good job, your awesome)
If that doesn't work then do what the others suggested
and cut him off.

Leave his dishes if he won't wash them, put his food on an unwashed plate a couple of times, and he will soon get the message

serve his dinner on a dirty plate and pour his drink in a dirty glass. When he gets tired of eating out of the same dirty dishes maybe then he'll wash them....

Now that's a smart idea...just cut off sex. WRONG!!! You cut him off he will go elsewhere for it.
Best thing to do is just tell him straight out.
