say you were planning on getting married to a person and before you could follow through with the plans ... you got arrested and there was an order of protection put between the two of you.... is it still legal to get married or what?

we have been going out for 2 months, (we are both in high school), and we have hugged a lot, and kissed, and made-out a lot, and we hold hands everyday, and when he goes to hug me and kiss me, he puts his hands around my waste and not on my butt.. he has never done this... and i mean i kinda want him to.. so what should i do to get him to do this??

Ok...well i asked this guy out on friday and he still hasnt given me an answer...do u think that if he was gonna say no that he would have said no rite when i asked him out or do u think he would wait and tell me on monday so he could think about it...........oh and i am thinking about giving him a letter on monday during seventh hour that says " never mind i dont wanna go out with a jerk like u" should i do that if he doesnt give me an answer by seventh hour??? PLZ HELP!!

Okay my ex boyfriend is the reason why I'm mad. He got me transsferred from my old school to a new one because he was harrassing me all the time. Is it crazy that im just turning 13 and feel that im ready to have sex? Its just that the guy i like seems like hes in to it and i really like him. i feel ready. im not really sure. he would want me to because hes the ganster type. (you know, drugs, achohol, fighting, skipping school, girls, and sex.) If he was to ask me, id say no first. but if he kept asking id say yeah. he is just sooooooo ah-mazing!!! he blows my mind. when i see him i dont even know who i am. id probably do drugs,drink, fight, skip school, and have sex for him. Ok... I kinda asked this before, and I decided to try to let go and whatnot but its not working. The background is that me and one of my friends began getting really close, on the verge of going out, but he decided that because of a past relationship he would prefer not to start a relationship. But then he started acting totally different to what he was saying, and its like at one time he's going I don't want to be with you then kissing me the next. Recently, he just cut me out of his life...he would barely say hi if he sees me at uni. Sometimes he'd just past straight and pretend like he didn't see me. I had this long talk with him about wanting our friendship back and he said he was just giving me space and now he knew I didn't need it things will get better. But they haven't...worse actually. Yesterday at Uni...I needed to ask a question that I knew he would have the answer to right away but I didn't want to...so I asked someone else who might have known but they didn't. cont'd

ive liked this guy named david for 1 and a half years. now that im in 7th grade(he's in 8th) things are finally becoming a little clearer. Im just not sure how he feels about me. he sends mixed signals. he said he has a girlfriend but hes about to break up with her to me so did he say that so i can ask him out once he breaks up with her? he also said he thinks im preety and i always look nice. hes friends with my cousins and sticks up for me when they say stuff about me. its just that we think different, i think. most peoples friends have everything in common with them right? Because i heard some of his friends talking about so much X rated stuff and i dont USUALLY talk about that stuff. i think about it though. i hope he isnt like that. what do you think about him liking me or not, me wasting my time, and how he probably acts and thinks.

My fiance complains that I am "still a child" since when I'm at his house late (after 2am or so), my parents call to see if I'm okay and when I'll be home. My parents are Christian, and though I'm 21, I live with them and they get worried.

They haven't actually said NO you cannot stay the night with him but since we only live 40 minutes apart, they do assume that I'll be home well before dawn. My fiance feels that this is putting a damper on our relationship because we've been together for 5 years and should be free now. In my opinion, that would be nice but I understand where my parents are coming from and I appreciate their concern. It's not like they try to control my life... they aren't that strict.

What do you think? Thanks in advance.

okay i met this gurl two days ago and asked her for her number... yester day i call her and ask her out to dinner and she said "yes" but she said that she has to see if she can go also... and she mentioned that shes going to be with her friends tommorow too... and she tells me to call her the next day in the afternoon... so i call her today in the afternoon and she says thats it is iffy.. she said she wil if her friends leave early.. and she will call me to tell me wheather or not she can go.. SHE CALLS ME AT 9:45 and TELLS ME THAT SHE CANT GOOOO WTF? and by that time i was already kickin it with my friends n e ways.. so i wanna know what going on... she had two missed calls from and called me back and she had always kept her word i think.. i wanna know if she's still interested and when should i call her next and is she interested in me? should i mention this at all too her?(i wanna throw this out too she is foriegn and only been here for 1 yr) so maybe shes different.. need 2 win her
