I'm a tall girl (5'10") and was wondering if that was a turn off for guys.....I dislike my height very much and wish I was around 5'6" or so. What do you think?

HELL NO! I love tall girls!
Although, I will admit, that I have found that I am in a minority of guys... but, my point is that there are some of us out there.

I have no problem if a girl is 5'3" or 5'10". Even though looks are somewhat important and so is a good personality, but height isn't that important. I'm 5'10" and I wouldn't mind having a girl friend the same height as long as she didn't mind.

well, you aren't going to get any shorter, so what you should do is learn to love who you are. Learn to dress for your own body type. don't worry if someone doesn't "like you" because you are tall...doesn't that just sound silly? Someday I think you will enjoy being tall. You will never have to take pants to the tailor to be shortened (I do this every time In buy anything cuz I am short) Guys are turned on by a woman who is confident and knows who she is. Stand tall! Wear heels if you want to and don't slump!

for some guys it is b/c they have a thing for girls being taller than them but your true love wont care at all. Some guys actually like tall girls....so keep lookin for a guy like that and dont dislike your height because it only upsets u and u cant ever change it so u will have to deal with it.

Wishing to be shorter isn't going to get you anywhere.
Guys like tall girls just fine. I'm 5'9" and have dated guys as short as 5'4". I married a man that's 6'1"
I wouldn't worry about your height. I used to wear 4 inch heels all the time. I never had a problem finding a boyfriend. Own it. Accept it. It's part of you.

I'm the same height as you,I'm 34 now.I reached this height at 13,my daughter who is 13 is also very tall.The amount of times people have said to me "what's the weather like up there"?I love my height,and you should love your height too.All the models and supermodels are tall.We have fantastically long legs which look amazing with short skirts,or long boots.Guys love tall women,yes some are intimidated by it if they are short.I like the fact I never have to look up to anyone.I love my high heels,and my fella is the same height.Tall women can really stand out and look striking.Tall is most definately NOT ugly.Clothes hang amazing on us.Be proud of your height,be confident.

i am 5'11and understand where your coming from I used to hate my height (I love it now though), but height does not make you ugly, most guys have loved my height. There are a lot of models and actresses with whom are tall and being tall does eventually work for you in the long run. Enjoy it....

You need to work that height girl!! You are like a model so flaunt it. Wear the heels and let them beg for your attention! Guys are crazy about tall chicks. Be proud of what you have.

Of course tall is not ugly. I wish i was taller...
A tall girl can be beautiful, exactly the same way as a short girl can be ugly. Beauty doesn't depend on how tall u r.

I'm 5'2" and I think tall girls get more action, LOL. I guess we see our beauty within our differences, as fault's instead . Not a good way of looking a things. Love who you are and flaunt who you are, because I think no man will be attracted to anyone not confident within themselves, about themselves. It has nothing to do with height, it has to do with love of self and others seeing that. There's the attraction.

Everyone has something about themselves that they hate. Ur height is fine. 5'10 is ok anything less is not always best because most people are that height 5'8 and below. consider your self a cut above the rest.
