My husband and I last year were standing together on the Millenium bridge in London, looking out over the Thames. It was about midnight, and all the lights were twinkling off of the waves on the river.

when my husband proposed to me , we went to an exclusive restaurant and then he took me for a horse drawn carriage ride in the city (the nest part he had planed for months) the carriage driver had to stop to presumably check the horses shoe, well he just so happened to stop by the river parkway which is where we had our first date and we walked for a while and he loved me and my children more than he could say and he asked me to be his wife. He had the whole evening planned for almost a year he proposed on my birthday, my son knew before i did. I think everyone did. or it could have been when i came home from work and he was cooking dinner and as soon as i walked in he had a glass of wine waiting for me and a dozen roses and when i walked into the living room there was two more dozen roses waiting for me and he even cleaned up after dinner!

Believe it or not, a scene in a movie with only ONE of the people. City of Angels, when Nick Cage's character leaps off the building, to turn from an angel into a human for the love of Meg Ryan's character. MAJOR goosebumps.

My favorite romantic moment is right before the first kiss. The anticipation and the build up can make your stomach quiver.

a guy I was dating was supposed to be on his way to my house one night. He called me to say that his car had broken down and he had pushed it into the parking lot of a little plaza. He asked if I could come and get him...he said he'd wait behind the TCBY yogurt place. When I got there, he has a blanket set out on a grassy patch with flowers in a little vase, a candle, a little picnic basket with cheese and a bottle of wine and 2 glasses. (His car was fine) It was just soooooooo sweet & romantic. It's nice to remember that from time to time. Thanks for asking!

my first kiss with an ex of mine
it was on the bank of a river, we were sitting next to a tree, hugging, I sort of leaned into her shoulder, smelling her gorgeous, flowing, wavy blond hair, and it just happened...
I go into a trance every time I think of it
I'm sure there will be another, more magical moment for me in the future, though
