I like him and we always play finger football together during study hall and he makes a lot of jokes when he's around me. He's really funny and he always smiles at me? What do you think?

That yall play finger football and he makes alot of jokes....that dosent mean he "likes" in a girlfriend way, just means he is comfortable around you...

Ask him to hang out casually one day. Maybe during finger football say... if i win u havr o buy me pizza or something. make it real friendly though and use the time to explore the possibilities that he might have feelings.

He probably likes you. If a guy doesnt like you he will ignore you. Be sure not to try too hard, that may scare him away. Casually tell him about something on the weekend and if he shows interest, invite him.
