Just do something fun and memerable. Crash at your house and watch a marathon of his favorite DVD's. Pack a picnic. Go rollerblading, play minigolf, go to an amusement part...anything fun you can do together. Make him a card -- get a huge white piece of paper and write all over it all the things you love about him and all the reasons you're glad you're together. Make a collage of words and pictures of you two together. Or take some suggestions from him so you're doing something you'll both enjoy! It can be anything from a new movie you guys want to see to just hanging out or going for a hike together. Be yourself, because that's why you've been together for a year. :)

Go to a concert if there's someone playing that you like. Then you'll remember your anniversary every time you hear a song from that band. That's a kind of memory that can seriously last forever.

Take him for a night out on the town. Go bungee jumping or ride the train somewhere to have a picnic in the park. Whatever you do, don't make it about sex or end with sex. I'm sure that you're a treasure worth preserving until marriage. (and just in case, its never too late to increase in value)

First you could give him a romance card telling him how much you love and care for him them maybe the two of you could go to dinner and the movies.You could get your pictures tooken at the mall in the booths.
