Hello, I’m asking this question to the guys….i just got out of a 4 yr relationship about a year and a half ago….I’m with this new guy who also went through the exact thing out of a 4 yr relationship. We have been together for 8 months, and live together. We love each other, but I’m wondering, why is it so hard for guys to open up…and how do they let you know they are in love with you, not only that they love you….but are really in love with you...what sign do guys do to let you know? And what type of girl is marriage material?

Before I got married I lived with my now wife for 2 years -

When we got married I thought this will be no different - my friends told me it would be

It is but on a very subtle level I can't explain it

What I don't get is why the relationship hasn't changed as such but it's formal recognition seems to have an impact

What is the difference and why

Don't get me wrong I am very happy and all that but surprised the relationship seems to have undergone small but noticeable changes

I am just hoping you have seen or been through similar events beacause I can't do better than this for an eplanation of what I am trying to ask

I was told by a good friend once that if women had no T&A, men would hunt them like deer or elk. How much should we charge for the hunt?

My girlfirend barely ever calls me because her parents say she can't talk to boys( of course girls never listen). Her mom blocks my number from calling, then my girlfriend calls my friend the other day saying how I don't spend enough time with her ( she lives in Broward and I'm in Miami but keep in mind she never gave me her address ) and says that I never communicate with her enough ( keep in mind she never gave me her email address ) and worst of all she thinks that there is something going on between me and my friend ( which is her friend to--they went to the same school ) because i'm always at her house. so what should i do? should i find a way to get her on the phone and try to come up with a way to make our relationship better or should i just break up with her?

have a sister who is 11-years-old...I'm 20, and our brother is 21...I'm in college, and she and my brother live at home with our mother...the thing is, whenever I'm home and spend time with my sister, I notice that she only plays with her white Bratz dolls or the light-skin dolls...she's very dark-skinned because her father (who my mother divorced not too long ago) is dark...but my brother and I are medium-toned like out mother...I'm assuming our father was also....he and my mother divorced when I was about 4, and I don't remember him too much..........anyway...I've also noticed that my sister made her Avatar on Yahoo light-skinned with light eyes....I keep trying to get her to embrace her dark skin, but it seems useless...especially since she's the darkest one in the family know...any suggestions? I know it's because the media paints a picture of light as right and black as whack.....and I'm running out of ideas....

What should I do?
I let a friend put a vehicle in my name. Tags and insurance are in my name. On Friday, he was arrested on drug charges. What could happen to me concerning this vehicle? Could I be arrested as an accessory? He was not arrested in the vehicle, but I'm not sure where it is now. He travels alot between TX and NC. We are in NC.

The reason I did it was because he is going through a messy divorce, and his ex told me she was going after everything she could, so that he would have nothing. I was just trying to help him out. I didn't think I would get in trouble. Where I live, half the people on welfare have really nice cars beause the car is in someone else's name.

Also, the car is not mine. He just put it in my name to protect it from his ex (or so I thought). I know it was a stupid thing to do, and I have learned my leason. No one needs to tell me that. I just need some helpful advice.

We've been married for 4 years. We have a 3 year old together and a step daughter from his previous marriage. However, during the past 4 years, he hasn't been able to keep a job long than a month. He's gotten into the nasty habit of supporting the family thru shoplifting. My credit has been ran thru the mud. I've lost a lot of respect for him and I just don't love him like I did. I don't want to do anything to hurt the kids. I found out recently that he suffers from depression. Should I be more understanding? Is it wrong to want a better life for my daughter and I? I told him that I wanted to leave and he threatened to kill himself, then the next day acted like nothing happened. I'm confused. We have fun together when we hang out. I'm just not sure if I should stay. Any good advice?

My bf of 2 years & I have 1 child together.
He is absolutely horrible to me and threatening to take our child away.
Honestly he is the only one doing anything wrong, I have talked to friends and relationship counselors and there is really no room for improvement on my part.
Right now I'm a stay at home mom w/ no vehicle but I am looking for a job.

I'm not sure how long I can put up with this guy.

I have been to a battered womans shelter and they are deplorable living conditions, full of drug addicts and sick children.

My son got pnemonia and head lice from this God forsaken place.

So, like a dummy I came back, hoping for better.

Not even a chance. It is worse than ever.

I need some cash in the bank to LEAVE FOR GOOD.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO KEEP A SMILE ON MY FACE?
PS He is trying to hire a babysitter to watch our son all day, and then I will be at home all by myself. It snows alot here, cant walk to a job. No friends or family in the area to help either.

My name is Lucy and I am 24yrs old I have been living with my father ever since my parents divorce and I have a long relationship with my boyfriend which my father disapproves of , just recently slowly but steadily my father has managed to make life with him unberable by touching on subjects that I have very tactfully have asked him to stay away from, but unfortunatelly he seems not to want to quit on the subjects that I asked Him not to comment on. I no longer feel at peace in my on house and recent events caused my boyfriend to offer a hand a help by offering me a stay at his house until we can move to a better place to be on our own , my dilema is that presently my significant other does not have employment and that concerns me by living with him I do not know if it is going to be a sound choice I feel that is time for me to move on my own and that althought is a big step it has to be done. Is it normal to feel afraid of changes ?!

I feel like I'm never going to find that one person that is my soulmate. I've been in a few relationships but nothing ever lasting that long. And I haven't been in one for quite some time. It seems that I "talk" to a guy for a few months then things just stop. My family always makes fun of me for being single when my brother and sisters are all either married, engaged or dating someone. It's not like I'm a lepur... I think I'm a reasonably good-looking person, I'm funny, I listen, I'm understanding and honest. I have a lot of good qualities, but I'm still finding it really hard to meet people. Any suggestions?

My husband's ex-wife is a terrible "mother" to her daughter (whom we have full-time, and have ever since I met my husband...). She has not seen her daughter since 2001 and has not even called to talk to her for almost 2 years now. She has missed Christmases, birthdays, and all other "special days," not just talking about a gift - not even a card or a phone call. She is behind in child support over 15 thousand dollars - and we don't go after her because we don't want anything to do with her. I'd like to adopt this daughter (her dad and I will soon be married 5 years...and we have also had 2 children of our own...), but I am worried the biological mom will attempt to stop/block this - even though she is the crappiest excuse for a mom I've ever seen. Neither my husband or I badmouth this mom, when our daughter asks we just say we really don't know why this mom doesn't keep in touch. Could I possibly adopt the daughter without her approval? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I’ve been going out with my Girlfriend for a couple of months now, and it’s been great. But in the last week or so, it just seems like we’ve lost the spark that we used to have and I don’t know why or how to get it back. I know it's still there...

I still want to be with her, and she said she still wants to be with me, but I don’t know what to do, or why I’m feeling like this. It feels like we’ve kind of lost why we went out in the first place, even though we still do romantic things together!

Any suggestions if that makes any sense?

Just curious of peoples preferences. Would u prefer a casual sexual relationship, a full-blown proper relationship (Marriage or the like) or something in between? Bit of fun, short-term, long distance, any answer welcome. and it isn't off limits to anyone.

I was sitting right next to a friend at this restaurant. We were talking about a few things and she mentioned how she thought she is a bad friend and will have no friends in college. This is simply not true, and I began to tell her what a great friend she is to people. I gave examples, and I told her that her personality would bring her many friends in college. During my speech, she placed her elbow on the table and used her hand to prop her head. She stared with what seemed to be "dreamy" eyes during this part of the convo. At the end, she asked her friend if she heard that somewhat flustered. After that day, she seems a lot more nervous around me and won't talk to me as much. What did I do wrong?

I have this friend that I have known for almost 10 years. We met through work. (no longer work together now) He was a friendly sounding board when I was going through my divorce, and a few relationships after. We kept in touch through emails and have attened a few concerts (over the years), and have had friendly lunches together.

There was a death in his family recently and I guess it made him decide to confess his "feelings" for me in an email. It was very sweet and caring. He is a very kind hearted person. The problem is that I am not physically attracted to him. We have many things in common, and get along well when together. He is a little more introverted than I am.

I have what my mother referrs to as an "A$$hole magnet", and have not made the best choices with men. But I have also learned (with age), not to discount the "Nice Guys". I have told him I would consider giving it a try (slowly). I just don't want to hurt him or ruin a friendship. Help !?!
