Why do woman like buses, all tend to come along at once? For ages there is no one on the scene but then all of a sudden they all appear. Very frustrating!!! Just like buses!

I went on a first date with someone. They were really into me and the conversation. Complimented me a couple of times. And really looked at me. But every now and then it looked as if they were glancing at other girls just a little here and there. Is this normal or do you think this is a bad sign?

I don't know much about how many people he's dated and how deep things were but thinking about the possibilities and what it could have been bothers me... He refuses to discuss or share much about his past because to him, it's all irrelevant...
I love him a lot. We've been dating for over a year now. He is very caring and has never given me a reason to complain about anything. I feel very lucky to have met him and I don't think there's many guys out there like him, and despite feeling this way, sometimes, it makes me jealous to think that some woman at some point was maybe more special than I am or will ever be. He is the most special man to have ever come in my life and I don't know if he can say the same thing about me :-(
I wish I could help being jealous and not feel this way. I wanted to see what the "popular opinion" on people's significant others' past is. Are people without much past normally bothered by such things or am I just being weird and unreasonable??

I have been trying to move out of my brother's place for the past six months, but loss of a job has delayed that process. She said she won't help me move out until I can get steady on my medication and also find another job. But my last job I got fired from and it took me over a year to find that job through a job coach.

My mom thinks that I am lazy, but I have a disability and have trouble working. It is not that I don't try; rather, I am distracted easily and have a form of ADD.

I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place, and my father isn't much of a help either (he's just as stubborn as she is, unwilling to help out until "conditions" are met, etc.).

So how is this resolved? Do I explain to them my situation, and continue to argue with them endlessly, or just grab some boxes and move out myself (I don't own a car)?

Recently divorced - my ex-husband had an affair with a co-worker who he plans to move in with. We met today briefly and he said "You look nice today". What do you do with that? He never said it when we were married but we have been divorced two months and he says it now.

I was sexually abused at 5 y.o., lost my dad to a religious cult, my mom ended up with a cocaine addicted alcoholic gambler who nearly bankrupted us forcing me to work to support the family at 15. At 17, I was in a very abusive relationship with a crazy druggy who held a shotgun to my head for hours and tried to kill me when I tried to dump him.. At 21, I suffered from PTSD and became serevely depressed, and suicidal. At 22, I was raped. At 23, I was with a controlling man and lived in a virtual prison for 6 yrs.. I came out it all. I now have a great education, a great job, a great life and I"m happy.

My bf of 2 yrs doesn't know any of this. He thinks I'm a innocent sweet girl who's all nice with sugar and spice. I don't want to destroy his illusion.. I love his naive view of me. I'd hate to destroy his innocent view of me by telling him the truth, but does he have a right to know? Do I really have to tell him or am I justified in leaving this part of my history buried?

We both are in crappy marriages where our spouses contribute little if anything to the marraige, both financialy and emotionaly. For the first time in a long time, I enjoyed the conversation and company of a woman. Even though she is an amazing woman with many of the caracturistics I am attracted to, should I see her again and let fate have its way or stay in my marriage

My significant other has a 15 yr old son and his ex wife has a 13 yr old daughter. My SO came home and found them sleeping together in the same bed. His adult daughter who is 23 thinks this is ok because "they are like brother and sister" is what she said.
Maybe I am a wrong, but I would never do this and it is not acceptable behavior. This adult daughter was having an overnite party and had her 2 toddlers, and these kids all together. She is the 1/2 sister to both kids and I cannot figure out what she was thinking. I think it is a really immature move on her part to be naive enough to believe these 2 teenagers are ok to be in bed together. What do you say?

My husband & I have been married fpr 6 yrs. but he is very unhappy with every aspect of his life (mostly financially), so he told me he wants to seperate. He wants 2 better his finances by going back to school plus re-evaluate or marriage. We've caused one another alot of pain (no cheating) but still really luv eachother. Then days later he tells me he won't file for a divorce for at least 1 yr.(it's not about child support, 2 of the kids will live w/him for now) to see where he'll be mentally after the year, but if I want to file then it's up 2 me (he questions my true feelings for him, so is this a head game)? What does this mean, Seriously? I know I have caused him the most pain & understand his doubt but should I wait & hope he will change his mind or except that we might truely be finished and get a divorce in a few months. Please please advise me. We have 3 children involed, ages 2-12yrs old and we're in our early 30's.
