Up to 3 weeks ago, it has been a little over a year since I last seen her. We meet again during a funeral for her sister. She texted me and wanted to come and see me: I said yes. She is 20 yrs younger than me. I have known her since she was 5. I am not related, but I have been very close to the whole family for over 20 yrs. When she was 16, I became very attacted to her, but I was a gentleman and never let her know. I am in love with her still. Anyway, I don't know if its because she was greiving or if she cares for me - we made love when she visited. There is a small distance (in miles) between us, but I am having difficulity communicating with her(we talk, but not as much I like).What should I do?

A friend of mine had a housewarming type thing and he invited his coworkers. This hot girl was there and we talked for most of the night and I even saw her stare at me from the distance, just like kept staring with this look in her eye. She would even end her statements with "hmm" or "mmm hmm".
Then I was leaving,
She said "Aww, you're leaving" and I tried talking to her some more but I had to go. Then I contemplated to myself , "Did I blow it?"
To tell you the truth, even though I was attracted to her, I didn't muster up enough guts to ask for her number.....I usually have no problem talking to women. I get nervous at times, but we all do.

Do you think I should have trusted my intuition that didn't propel me to say anything else to her and move on, or blame myself for missing out on a romantic opportunity.

For the record though, any time I missed out on an opportunity with a woman, I realize that I was nuts have made sucha big deal

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 years. I love him so much.. and he loved me. This summer was great.. up until the last week. We have had our problems.. but they usually werent nothing serious.. we fought a bit about stupid things like work.. and then he tells me he wants to break up that he doesnt see us together in 10 years. We agreed to try and work things out. This was very sudden.. and it made me wonder why. I find out today, after he as unprotected sex with me, that in the last week he has been cheating on me. I had to pratically beat it out of him. He said he had sex with a girl at work twice, and he went up to see her the last weekend. He says he never meant to hurt me, that it just happened and that he's so sorry. But he doesn't know what he wants. I love him.. and I dont want to loose him. He says he will end things with this girl and stay with me.. But I'm so scared. How can i trust him again? We both have to get STI tests.. and Im so scared. What should I do?

I have had a boy friend for a year. In the beginning I was told that some other chick held his heart strings. The more I learned, I found that this chick was with another guy and was having sex with both of them. Anyhow, here is the thing, for our ENTIRE relationship, she has tried to butt herself back in the picture. She has made it known that she wants him back, even though she is still with the other man, (wants her cake and to eat it too.) She calls him, or he waits to call her when I am not around. I tried to tell him how bad it hurts me that she is still around, and no matter what I say, he INSISTS they are still friends and he doesn't want to lose her. Anyhow, he went to where a huge group of his friends were camping, and she was there. I knew she would be but I tried to trust him. He gave me no details at all of that night. His friend PMed me today to tell me how she tried to pull him off in the woods with her, alone, and he didn't tell me about it, but he insists he didnt go.

Assume a couple has had a few dates (where the guy paid) and the guy says that in the future, they should split the bill. The majority of women would say, the guy is being cheap. However, if it's bad for the guy to want to pay half, isn't it worse to want to pay nothing (or very little)? When both people pay, that seems entirely fair, since no one is taking advantage of anyone. If a woman wants to be paid for most or all of the time, it's reasonable to think she's taking advantage of him. So why is the guy a jerk in the first case, while the woman is not on the second case?
