Hug him, touch his arm, touch his hair, stare in his eyes. Touch fingers when you hand him things. And watch his reaction carefully. We really like that, and it gets the idea through pretty clearly better than words can. Even if we're not into you, we're still flattered. Just look for the following signs:
Blushing, stammering, grinning = good.
Shifting away and avoiding future touch without blushing = bad.

Wait until wintertime, drive up beside his car and force him off the road into a snowbank. Then while he is still unconscious take him back to your house and tie him to your bed. As he slowly wakes up, straddle him while holding a bouquet of flowers and say, "I'm your biggest fan."
