Give her time. She will when she is ready. Don't rush. Sometimes it takes longer for them to realize that they have to go poop.

This is not very strange, every child of this age does only some learn quickly and some slowly go on teaching her.

I would make my daughter clean out her own underwear and get herself changed. She got sick of that pretty quick. It was gross for me to let her do that but worth it.

give her a sopository.....it will make her cry though but it is MUCH sfafer than that pill you can take :((
