My guy is half Puerto Rican and Cuban which probably doesn't matter, but I am black. I've never dated outside of my race and I have heard alot of horror stories about men in his culture. He has been almost perfect in every way until these last couple of weekends. He hasn't called me as much and he hasn't been answering all of my calls or returning them. He says that I have no reason to be angry because he would not cheat on me, but I don't know what to think. I do believe that he is sincere, but this has happened for 2 weekends in a row and he didn't go home either. He says that he's been with his friends, brother etc.. speaking spanish drinking..I don't know what to think.

My cousin recently passed away at a young age, an she has a 16 yr old daughter that I took in with no questions asked, because I knew that was the right thing to do, well she's been with me for two months now , she's very smart but at the same note she street smart and she likes to hang out to@ all times of the night,and I have talked to her about it but it seens to go in one ear and out the other, so what should I do? I love and don't want the state to get her , but she is not repecting me, my home and my 10 yr old daugher, I don't want my daughter , to grow up and think it's okay to hang out like that. ...so what should I do? any sugestion

ok the only problem to ya'll suggestions is i ride with him to our extra school everyday right beside him and there is always at least two other pple riding with us so its hard to jus lay one on him and i told him how i felt his reply was well if u want it take it..but im always so nervous i want it to be great but its hard especially while he's driving..im hoping we'll skip class and go to the lake near our school tomorrow then i can do it but how? jus grab him pull him against me and kiss him? but how would i get to that point? we're both shy...please help should i just do it once we stop at school if we dont skip or wat? plus he's wanting to go do somethin with me this weekend should i wait and do it then and what would work for my situation, where could we go? I now know how guys feel and it sucks!

We had a wonderful full-time nanny that was taking care of our daughter beautifully, but she traveled and we hired a new Nanny. Immediately after the old nanny left, my daughter started manifesting aggressiveness, she started peeing in her bed during the night (which she didn’t use to), she refuses to sleep with the lights off and she often gets furious, completely hysterical; and she’s just three years old!
I don't know whether she's become like that because she misses her first nanny or because the new nanny is abusive with her. Please tell me what you think and if you believe that the new nanny might be abusing her in any way. Any hint on how I should confront her? I really don’t know what to do.

My friend (sister-in-law) are really good friends since we have daughters about the same age. About 7 months ago she got seperated with her husband(my husbands brother) he actually cheated on her with a girl he works with. Since I'm in the family I see and hear a lot of things her ex husband does, and trust me I dont think he plans to get back with his wife again. Although they are still not divorced yet. I tried explaning to her that she needs to be strong for herself and her daughter, but instead she runs to anything her ex husband ask and then of course he treats her like crap, not to mention she's to busy clubbing late at night 3-4 nights a week. In the end, she calls me complaining of how he treats her when all along she knows the situation. Hello! he's with another girl! and actually he's talking to more than 1 girl even his ex-girlfriend!!! What should I do? I think I need to stop talking to her because she doesnt get it. I guess it takes time to realize your mistakes.

OK this is my situation I am currently living in tn I moved here a year ago from new orleans because of katrina .since then me and my husband have spilt and are going thru a div. I have two small children also. Now I have NO friends or family here . and am finaclly criplted b/c ,y husband doesnt not help in any kinda waye i live but i have no one to count on if something would happen to me or i can go home live with my mom which i dont really get along with (when we live together) and be surronded by people i love and love me and live in a hell hole b/c its not thesame anymore Please someone help me !!! i cant decied and this is not only going to effect my life but my kids as well!! thank u guys!!

I've been dating this guy for 4 months. Yesterday I found out that he lied to me about certain things in his past like being phsically abusive to his past two wives. I am a single mother and he has never done anything to me, except he likes to play a little more rough than I like. My question is, upon learning this information, should I just leave him? Or make him go to counseling and give him a chance? or what? I'm conflicted because I have to look out for my daughters best interest first, however, I am in love and he has been good to me.
