It depends on individual. Some girls preferred mature man coz they feel more secured in terms of security and finance where some preferred married guys coz married guys are the "good" men that girls liked. they can be gentle, considerate etc.

Older man means they have survived and experienced more. Married man means that he already approved by another woman
