Ok my cousin was dating this dude who is really sweet but he isn't my type... The other night we were texting back and forth (me and him) to me we were just doing what friends do than he asked did i like him in that sorta way? well he had dated my cousin and the only thing i have saw him as was a friend... well after i did that i felt really bad and still do what do i need to do? because this dude is really cool i just can't date him also i have almost dated his cousin.. all i want is to be his friend and he wants more... Do i need to stop talkin to him or do i still talk to him and pray he doesn't want to go any further?

let him know that you want to be friends and nothing more--then the ball is in his court as far as how he acts--if he acts like a jerk then you weren't meant to be friends

Look im goin to be very honest with you. That somethin like what happend to me. My cousin started goin out with this guy and then me and him became bestfriends...we were always there for each other, as time passed by he told me he started likin me and i was like Oh NO!! you know cuz his goin out with my couisn, but then they broke up and well we kept talkin and things went from one thing to another if you know what i mean. So yeah we end up you know.....after that him and my couin got back together and well they did as well she ended up pergnant and i never told her what happend. she found out her self since after the baby was born this guy (ex-bestfriend) started callin me in the middle of the night and wanted to go out with me....that make things very bad between me and my cousin....so if i were u i would stop talkin to him...i mean unless ur cousin doent want anything to do with him nut remember that what my cousin told me and well look what happend....to this day i live with a big big regert.

You can keep talking to him just let him know where you draw the line and that this isn't going to go any where. If he can't get the hint then its his problem

just tell him u cant date your cousins ex- and you aren't interested coz you're a lesbian... that should get him the right picture...
especially if you start dating a guy right after u say that... then he'll understand completely!
